Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determining osthol contents in Shentai capsule.METHODS The HPLC system consisted of shimpack CLC-ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-water-tetrahydrofuanue(70∶40∶5).The effluent was detected at 317nm with the column temperature of 35℃.RESULTS The number of theoretical plates calculated by Osthol peak was not louer than 2000.The linear range of the standard curve was 0.05125-1.148 μg(r=0.9990).The average recovery was 97.2% with RSD of 1.16%(n=3).The average contents of three batches samples was 2.72 mg per granule.CONCLUSION The method showed a good resolution and reliability.
