Abstract:For the application of real-time database in a petrochemical plant,the article put forwards to a new concept to resolve the communication among real-time database and DCS,control software,and Web-based user interface.The scheme is developed based on Windows 2000 Server using the technique of multe-threading,anolymous pipe and WinSock,etc.The results of long industrial running of this scheme show that it is more effective and feasible for industrial process.

Abstract:The software based on Windows is more and more popular due to its abundant graph resource and friendly interface,and it has become an industrial software development trend.While the software based on Windows is poor on real-time capability,because Windows is non-real-time operation system.If millisecond class real-time control is required,the software based on Windows can still meet the requirement through appropriate method.According to different application occasions,several methods based on Windows such as multi-thread technology,top-down computer technology and timing technology are given which are proved efficiently to meet the requirement of real-time control.

Abstract:A real-time test system software under Windows platform is designed and realized by utilizing the technique of multithreading in this paper. First, combined with the examples, the general block diagram and thinking of real-time test system software are introduced after analyzing multithreading and its synchronization mechanism. Second, the concrete realization method of the system software based on synchronization event object is described. And last, the work flow of multithreading in the road surface roughness laser test system software is provided in detail. The above method, thinking and work flow have been fully applied to the development of the road surface roughness laser test system software, from which good results are achieved.

Abstract:In order to avoid the disadvantages as complicated structure,low efficiency and poor reliability of classic control software system to realize real-time control running on up and down computers,the software built with LabWindows/CVI and RTX running on a single computer is designed and implemented.The non-real-time tasks as the data display,analysis and management are done by LabWindows/CVI.The real-time tasks as data acquisition,device control are done by RTX.Shared memory mechanism is used for the communication between the two parts.The proposed software,which has high real-time ability,efficient and reliable communication and friendly interface,can resolve the problem that Windows operating system cannot satisfy the real-time requirement.

Abstract:The components and functions of the control system of an industrial washer based WINDOWS is presented in this paper. Applying the principle of time-sharing and multitask, the real-time control system is implemented with VB 6.0. The definition and data structure of task are analyzed in detail. The experiment shows that the system has good real-time ability and stability.

Abstract:Real-time system and the finite state theory were introduced into the study of control software for electrically controlled engine, function modules were managed and scheduled by the real-time system according to the engine operating points. The priority-based scheduler made better use of resources, and allowed all events to be handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. V-development platform was achieved: function modules were implemented by Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow, and program code were made by TargetLink, which cut down debug phase, development period and costs.

Abstract:In this paper, we present a windows-based multi-threads system that has been developed for the CNC machine tools. The synchronization of these threads and the serial port communication of upper PC(Windows) and lower PC(Dos) have been described in detail. The system runs on the windows operation system and is developed with VC++. The effectiveness and the stability of the developed system were successfully demonstrated by the experimental results.

Abstract:Windows support graphic user interface(GUI),but the programming of interrupt timer could not operate hardware directly as DOS system.The three available methods about timer of control software based on windows 9x are studied,which are system timer,multimedia timer,VxD and thread.These modes are tested and compared.Then conclusions are drawn that which mode is better for different kinds of digital control systems.As a result,multimedia timer and VxD programming mode are commended.

Abstract:Based on analysis to the characteristics of Win9x platform,we studied the critical technologies of real-time control system under Win9x platform,i.e.,exterior timepiece programming,Virtual Device Driver(VxD) interrupt programming and communication mechanism of VxD.On which basis,a real-time servo-control system is realized in Win9x environment by combined programming with VxD and VC++.Long-time and continuous operation verified that the system has high stability and reliability.Practices showed that the application of VxD technology in real-time turntable control is feasible.It has the advantages of convenience in development and powerful in transaction processing capability,which can be taken as a reference for similar equipment.
