Application of CORBA Technology in LCIS

Abstract:Distribution system applied in the large container inspection system to control the acquisition,storage and inspection of container scan image. Multiple hardware stations and software environments composed the system and Ethernet connects stations. Traditional network connection among stations is actualized with socket technology, which is not only difficult to develop and upgrade, but can't meet the demands of custom users.While actualizing the connection with CORBA, which make request to object and implement of object are separated, the difficulty of developing is reduced and the flexibility of the system is enhanced.
