The analysis of key procedures and actual application of nursing quality evaluation

Abstract:Nursing quality evaluation is the important measure to improve quality continuously. The key procedures of nursing quality evaluation were elaborated in this article. Nursing quality evaluation should follow the principles of"goal-oriented""finding difference by comparison""giving conclusion based evidence""from the fact to the value". In the design process, the nursing quality problem to be evaluated should be transformed into measureable indicators;the indicators of nursing quality should be designed reasonably;the objectives of nursing quality should be feasible and measureable;the nursing quality evaluation should be design comprehensively based on professional knowledge and clinical experience. The using of the result of nursing quality evaluation should be considered prudently.
