University Libraries in the New Century: Meeting the Challenge with Innovation

Abstract:At the turn of the century,university libraries are faced with many challenges.This paper argues that,to meet these challenges,university libraries need to adopt the strategy of technoligical exploitation coupled with organizational reform and innovation.It also points to the way forward for university libraries to form such a strategy and maintain development.
