Abstract:Grid-joining maps, wellarray maps, oil and gas distributing maps are important engineering drawings which are used in exploration and exploitation for oil and gas. This paper introduces the functions and structure of a generating system of oil and gas reservoir maps, where object-oriented technique and Object ARX a developing tool of AutoCAD are involved. Putting emphasis on gird-joining maps, this paper describes the problems and solutions together with the key techniques in developing this generating system.
