Abstract:There are some problems existing in the quality of the adult education and the benefits running a school for the timebeing, the main reasons are for the lack of the theoretical guide and faculty, the outmoded teaching methods, the few benefits, thelittle investment and so on. To abolish these factors should start with correcting the instructional ideology running a school, doingwell in educational reformation, building the stabilized faculty, forming and amplifying evaluating systems of the adult educa-tional quality etc for establishing the guaranteed system of the quality and benefit of the adults' education.
