The Extension and Explanation of Contradictions of Law Education in China

Abstract:Nowadays,Chinese law education is faced with such contradictions as the elite education and the mass education,heated majors and low employment rate,theoretic teaching and practical requirement,law education and the judicial examination,as well as the generalization and specialization in the course of laying out curriculum,and so on. To solve a series of contradictions,we should make established the professionalized character,the orientation,and the elite trend as of the law education,at the same time,improve on the level of theoretic teaching,open up new means of associating theoretic teaching with practical education,better the curriculum establishment of the law undergraduate education,and make use of judicial examination in order to enhance the practicability of law education.
