Abstract:Sintering can provide the opportunity for reforming a strong sintering neck which is the main reason why the structure changes from BCC to amorphous while annealing can give the sintering body sufficient conditions to rearrange into BCC structures in an orderly manner. The strong sintering neck obtained at high temperature effectively strengthens the fracture strain of the system, raising the tensile limit from 0.13 to 0.36 and the shear limit from 0.10 to 0.45, respectively. In addition, the higher strain rate results in a small increase in anti-tensile and anti-shear strengths that is consistent with most metallic materials.
