Abstract:This paper proposes a numerical approach based on the fractional complex transform and the homotopy perturbation method to solving the space-time frac- tional Benjamin-Bona-Mahony (mBBM) equation with Caputo fractional deriva- tive. Approximated solutions with high accuracy are provided without lineariza- tion or complicated computation. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the efficiency of this method.

Abstract:The concept of a four-dimensional generalized difference matrix and its domain on some double sequence spaces was recently introduced and studied by Tuğ and Başar (AIP Conference Proceedings, vol. 1759, 2016) and Tuğ (J. Inequal. Appl. 2017(1):149, 2017). In this present paper, as a natural continuation of (J. Inequal. Appl. 2017(1):149, 2017), we introduce new almost null and almost convergent double sequence spaces [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] as the four-dimensional generalized difference matrix [Formula: see text] domain in the spaces [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text], respectively. Firstly, we prove that the spaces [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] of double sequences are Banach spaces under some certain conditions. Then we give an inclusion relation of these new almost convergent double sequence spaces. Moreover, we identify the α-dual, [Formula: see text]-dual and γ-dual of the space [Formula: see text]. Finally, we characterize some new matrix classes [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], and we complete this work with some significant results.

Abstract:Fractional difference sequence spaces have been studied in the literature recently. In this work, some identities or estimates for the operator norms and the Hausdorff measures of noncompactness of certain operators on some difference sequence spaces of fractional orders are established. Some classes of compact operators on those spaces are characterized. The results of this work are more general and comprehensive then many other studies in literature.

Abstract:In this paper we extend the notion of an $\alpha$-family of maps to discrete systems defined by simple difference equations with the fractional Caputo difference operator. The equations considered are equivalent to maps with falling factorial-law memory which is asymptotically power-law memory. We introduce the fractional difference Universal, Standard, and Logistic $\alpha$-Families of Maps and propose to use them to study general properties of discrete nonlinear systems with asymptotically power-law memory.

Abstract:In this paper, we establish a novel category of sequence spaces and by utlizing q -analogue of Λ-matrix. Our investigation outlines several topological characteristics and inclusion results of these newly introduced sequence spaces, specifically identifying them as BK-spaces. Subsequently, we demonstrate that these novel sequence spaces are of nonabsolute type and establish their isometric isomorphism with and . Moreover, we obtain the α -, β -, and γ -duals of these sequence spaces. We further characterize the class of matrices, where X is any of the spaces , c , or . Lastly, our study delves into the exploration of specific geometric properties exhibited by the space .

Abstract:For b is an element of L-loc(1)(R-n) and alpha is an element of(0, 1), let D-alpha be the fractional differential operator and T be the singular integral operator. We obtain a necessary and sufficient condition on the function b to guarantee that [b; (DT)-T-alpha] is a bounded operator on a function space such as L-p (R-n) and L-p,L-lambda (R-n) for any 1 < p < infinity. Furthermore, we establish a necessary and sufficient condition on the function b to guarantee that [b; D-alpha T ] is a bounded operator from L-infinity(R-n) to BMO(R-n) and from L-1(R-n) to L-1,L-infinity (R-n). This is a new theory. Finally, we apply our general theory to the Hilbert and Riesz transforms.
