Abstract:In order to promote the operating skill of operators in power unit, this paper introduces a checking system of operation indexes under Web. The stored data that can reflect the operating level of unit is counted according to shift. The results are displayed dynamically on Intranet. This system helps to appraise operators equally and improve the economical efficiency of generating unit. Also the system structure and implementation method are analyzed in detail. Abstract:Providing the excellent equipment maintenance service for customers is more and more important to manufacturing enterprise. But traditional after-sale maintenance service management has many problems, such as the slow response to maintenance service request and the long waiting time of the customers; the process to deal with the maintenance request is not normative; the mechanism of the initiative maintenance service is lacked. This research focuses on resolving these problems with workflow technology, data mining and enterprise application integration technology; the equipment maintenance management system for customer service is proposed. The function model of the system is analyzed; the five-tier architecture based on J2EE application server is presented, then the algorithm to implement the forecast and warning for the equipment maintenance service, the development and implementation process of the equipment maintenance management system based on the workflow technology, the modeling of the maintenance service workflow, and the information exchange model of the system with other application system and the integration technology and methods are described in detail. Based on these research results, the running application system is developed; a case of providing maintenance service for customer in textile machine industry is studied.

Abstract:Taking into account the distinct location and challenging climate of the Xingchuan Photovoltaic Power Station, this paper puts forward an in-depth study on the intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) of photovoltaic (PV) power stations. this study introduces an intelligent operation and maintenance approach for the power station, utilizing an end-edge-cloud architecture. This system provides thorough data collection, ensures monitoring across all weather conditions, and facilitates digital and intelligent management. It excels in real-time data integration and identifying defects, which is crucial for the seamless functioning of both power generation and experimental activities at the station.

Abstract:This paper proposes a maintenance type selection model based on effectiveness and cost analysis using CBM information .F irst ,i t defines effectiveness composed of three factors, namely, state health indictor, reliability and availability ,g ives each factor’s formula ,a nd analyzes the impacts of different maintanence types on each factor. T hen, it gives maintenance cost’s components with their formulas and effectiveness’s calculating model .A t last ,it educes a maintenance type selection model aiming at most effectiveness per unit cost .C ase study lists maintenance type selection process of a transfomer in certain state .T he result shows that this model is reasonable and credible. This model is suitable for power equipment maintenance management, and can help maintenance staff make economic and effective maintenance arrangement.

Abstract:Due to the complexity of multi-component systems, components failure modes are intricate. The failure modes lead to maintenance behavior combinations, which lead to a series of maintenance strategies. However, the failure modes of components are mixed in multi-component systems. Few researchers provide component failure modes comprehensively in life cycle, and integrate them into life cycle maintenance strategies for the selection schemes of different phases. In this paper, a variable system cost methodology in life cycle is studied, and maintenance strategies are developed by identifying components failure modes from a life cycle perspective to improve system reliability. One of the keys is determining maintenance behaviors for components in each phase of life cycle. The proposed four failure modes cover all possible failure scenarios of the components in different phases. Then, a selection scheme is developed to determine maintenance behaviors in life cycle. At last, a case of Huaneng wind farm in China is given to demonstrate the proposed method by comparing with a baseline maintenance strategy.

Abstract:Substation is an important part of power system and its operation status exerts great effect on the safety of power system. Comprehensive monitoring management platform for substation (CMMP) is a digital monitoring platform which has uniform interfaces; flexible expansibility and hierarchical network control ability, and it is custom-designed for safe operation of substation. CMMP consists of direct current real-time monitoring subsystem, intrusion detection and hierarchical video monitoring subsystem, temperature and humidity and fire monitoring subsystem based on WSNs. CMMP adopt composite structure of C/S and B/S which would be convenient for computer and other mobile end to query monitoring information. Owing to the perfect private network of power system, CMMP can monitor both local and cross-domain substations. In addition, CMMP can classify and manage all kinds of alarm information from substation and realize distribution monitoring centralized management.

Abstract:Artificial intelligence has developed rapidly and intelligent equipment has improved in the field of urban rail transit. The computer maintenance management system (CMMS) is still used, but cannot satisfy requirements from the internal systems of intelligent equipment. In the intranet, CMMS is only a platform processing based on the Web including information published, reviewed and task approval. However, it has simple logic and high manual repetition rate, which is similar with the electronic data processing system (EDPS) in the early 1950s. Based on the existing CMMS of urban rail transit, the paper analyzes the system requirements from the perspective of multiple scenarios including users, application, data, technology, and management. The information management system of intelligent maintenance equipment accelerates information integration and flow between multiple systems to create intelligent interaction experience between people and information resources. Therefore, it meets the requirements of intelligent maintenance equipment and promotes management efficiency.

Abstract:Abstract The BIM (Building Information Modeling) operation and maintenance management system of the nuclear power plant has been developed to cope with the security risks in the operation and maintenance process of nuclear power plant, the difficulty in querying the operation and maintenance status, the low work efficiency and the difficulty in statistical analysis of various large-scale operation and maintenance data. Practice has shown that the BIM operation and maintenance management system enhances the safety of the plant; on the other hand, the convenience of the results information query improves the professionalization, refinement and systematization of the nuclear power plant safety and operation management; in that way, the safety management efficiency of nuclear power plants will be comprehensively improved.

Abstract:The rapid development of the offshore wind power industry requires excellent operation and maintenance systems for the offshore wind turbines.However,there is little offshore wind farm operating and management experience and the overall operating costs are high.These restrict healthy development of the wind power industry.Hence,this paper describes operating and maintenance systems for large equipment industries that can be used in the wind power industry.The special needs for the operation and maintenance of wind farms,especially offshore wind farms,are analyzed to identify upcoming problems and future development needs.The overall system framework is given with analyses of the business functions of the various subsystems and their relationships.Two key systems for the bill of materials(BOM)and maintenance workflows are discussed.Software systems are given for wind farm applications.

Abstract:The deterioration characteristics of electric multiple units (EMUs) components can lead to complex and costly maintenance processes. This paper focuses on investigating the influence mechanism of the interaction between operation and maintenance (O&M) activities within the whole life cycle (WLC) of EMUs' components on the maintenance strategy, based on the concept of lean maintenance (LM). A linear relationship is established between operating costs and the equivalent service age to reflect the trend of the component operating conditions dynamically in relation to deterioration level and maintenance activities, and a bi-level imperfect preventive maintenance (BIPM) strategy considering operating cost (OC) is proposed at the component level. At the system level, a multi-level preventive opportunity maintenance (POM) strategy based on the opportunity maintenance mileage window (OMMW) is proposed for the serial system of EMUs to reduce the number of system downtime and minimize value waste and achieve long-term economic benefits. The experimental results demonstrated that compared to maintenance strategies that do not consider operating costs, this strategy optimizes the total maintenance cost for multi-component systems of EMUs in the long term by implementing more aggressive measures while ensuring component reliability, system availability, and schedule rationality.

Abstract:In order to shorten the down time of NC machine tool malfunction ,and improve the NC machine tool maintenance level, the software of maintenance and malfunction analysis on NC machine is developed.The system includes an active friendly interface, file management, the malfunction query and the related solutions , a database with the malfunction knowledge and rules management, the daily routine maintenance knowledge , the facilities management, and the statistic module about the malfunction modes and maintenance time by using the object oriented technology. The favorable opening system can be extended to further application.
