In this paper, a control system of vending machine based on PLC is introduced,this system mainly has three slots,it can automatically sell three drinks.it can automatically sell according to the total amount of coin and drinks price,it can realize some basic functions,such as judge true and false coin,data communication,automatically change,the display of the total amount of coin,alarm,system reset and so on. Through actual vending machine program debugging and running test,this design can realize the function of vending,the effect is good.

Abstract:This design combines PLC, sensors, configuration software to design and implement the hardware and software of traditional automatic fire alarm and fire-fighting systems, to improve the reliability of the system. First, the composition of the automatic fire alarm and fire protection system is described. Second, after fully understanding the design requirements of the system, the main control equipment of the automatic fire alarm and fire protection system adopts PLC, the PLC is selected, and finally the Siemens S7-300 PLC is selected. The sensor selects PT100 temperature sensor and JTY-GD-G3 scattered light type photoelectric smoke sensor; finally, use the TIA configuration monitoring software to write the automatic fire alarm and the host computer monitoring software and PLC program of the fire-fighting system to complete the software function and humancomputer interaction the design of the interface.

Abstract:Based on introducing the control principle of the jigger system,the analysis of control requirement for the system was achieved,and the control scheme was proposed.The construction of hardware platform based on programmable logic controller(PLC) was built.The control strategies about the velocity-tension transmission system and the temperature of dyeing liquor were presented.Furthermore,the development of the man-machine interface was considered.The experimental results show that the control system possesses the properties of proper design,highly integrated ability and stability.

Abstract:The vending machine is a kind of cash driven machine that automatically distributes snacks, drinks and other consumer products automatically. Consumer pay coin into a slot, once a choice is made by pressing the push button, the machine dispenses the item purchased. Money, card or coin-based product vending machine by using embedded microcontrollers; Arduino and Raspberry Pi are currently used in systems. By using these microcontrollers, it is complicated when there was a technical error. In this review paper, we have created a multi-product coin type vending machine by using Mitsubishi PLC. The Programming Logic Controller (PLC) used automatically to monitor and control with high speed, efficiency, and reliability. Switch ON the power supply. Put the coin in the coin acceptor, and then select the product by pressing push button. The motor starts rotating along with the spring and moves the selected item until it released from the spring. The Hall Effect sensor used to count the rotation with the help of the magnet to sense. When the product released from the spring the motor stop rotating and the released product is ready to dispense. [1],[ 3],[5]

Abstract:With the rapid development of social science and technology nowadays, the requirements for the design of automated logistics system are becoming higher and higher in the production line of all kinds of material transportation. According to the operation characteristics and control requirements of logistics production line, this paper designs the design and control scheme of automatic logistics system based on PLC. On this basis, the control system of the shuttle truck is designed, and the program solution under the automatic operation mode is given. Automated warehouse is a combination of automation technology and logistics and warehousing. The design of the interface connection with the roller conveyor of the robot and the stacker is completed, and the specific principle description of the system operation is given, aiming at improving the reliability and self-control precision of the device, thereby improving the working efficiency of the whole system. The practical application shows that the PLC control system is safe, reliable, stable and efficient.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the running requirements of Automated Storage and Retrieval System’s control system with big load, high speed and high accuracy, the design is proposed by adopting PLC and servo motor control. The Ethernet , MELSECNET/H ,CC-LINK and serial communication of Mitsubishi is adopted to satisfy complicated worksite environment, meanwhile the semi-closed loop control and full-closed control is adopted to satisfy the demand of high speed high accuracy smooth running servo control system. The practical application verifies that the system is of high reliability and stability, thus greatly meets the production requirements, and saves considerable labor force.

Abstract:By analyzing the current serial communication, used in a popular monitor system composed of PC, GOT and PLC, introduced a new design and implementation plan of serial communication based on Vb and Programming Interface Protocol.System achieved the efficient, stable and reliable communication under simple attachment without any mitsubishi's special communication board.The communication applied mitsubishi FX series PLC programming interface protocol, no longer need to set up the D8120, simplified the PLC program; Under this protocol and based on VB6.0 development environment，write the serial communication program adapt to FX full series，the program make the PC can read/write the PLC soft equipment and forced ON/OFF directly.In the actual application, No matter accuracy and stability of communication were to achieve requirements of industrial control system.

Abstract:In the commodity industry, the commodity packaging machinery products are rich in variety, the shape, nature, packaging requirements of the commodity are very different, and the output is large. In view of the urgent needs of domestic commodity enterprises for all kinds of automatic packaging machines, we design a commodity packaging machine control system to solve the problem. The software system of an automatic packing machine based on PLC is designed in order to improve the automation of the equipment and improve its production efficiency. PLC software control system has greatly improved the production capacity of the equipment, and can ensure the stability of the equipment. In terms of human-computer interaction, it adopts a more intuitive touch screen technology, which makes human-computer interaction more convenient and intuitive, so that workers can better understand the operation of the equipment. The equipment designed by this software system has good stability, convenient and intuitive operating platform, which improves the working performance and efficiency of the packaging machine.

Abstract:This design is a kind of taking FX1n-60MR PLC as the control core of the riveting device. Introduction of riveting machine overall plan design, hardware PLC circuit design, pneumatic circuit design etc. Elaborating the riveting machine manual, automatic, dynamic control module. Giving the PLC control circuit, the hardware connection circuit, touch screen interface circuit design method; the software part adopts the modular design, gives the thinking of design about data processing and control processing. The riveting machine mainly solves the problem that the existing riveting machine manual operation makes workers easy fatigue, low efficiency, low qualified rate of finished products. Changing the manual operation into automatic operation, setting relevant parameters corresponding to the signal through the touch screen, transmitting the singal to the PLC device, controlling the riveting machine power supply circuit, a pneumatic circuit, drive circuit, main circuit switching respectively to achieve the riveting machine operation automaticly, which make the products' qualified rate improves greatly, riveting speed to upgrade, besides, the touch screen on the work of real-time monitoring effect, good man-machine interface. Experimental results show that the automatic riveting machine runs good results.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the control system of tunnel automatic car washing machine and puts forward a control scheme of automatic car washing system based on PLC control. This design uses domestic Hexin PLC as the core for control and man-machine interaction through touch screen, so as to control and monitor the work of the system. Each switch button, infrared sensor, ultrasonic sensor and limit switch are input to PLC as output signal, and then PLC controls the operation of each working part. This PLC based control system is more reliable, and easy to implement, in the actual use of simple operation, and easy to maintain, and have a good market prospects.
