It can vend 24 hours a day,so at the bus station, shopping malls, hospitals, communities, schools and other regions It is obtained to use in a wide range. In this paper, a control system of vending machine based on PLC is introduced,this system mainly has three slots,it can automatically sell three drinks.it can automatically sell according to the total amount of coin and drinks price,it can realize some basic functions,such as judge true and false coin,data communication,automatically change,the display of the total amount of coin,alarm,system reset and so on. Through actual vending machine program debugging and running test,this design can realize the function of vending,the effect is good.

Abstract:The vending machine is a kind of cash driven machine that automatically distributes snacks, drinks and other consumer products automatically. Consumer pay coin into a slot, once a choice is made by pressing the push button, the machine dispenses the item purchased. Money, card or coin-based product vending machine by using embedded microcontrollers; Arduino and Raspberry Pi are currently used in systems. By using these microcontrollers, it is complicated when there was a technical error. In this project, we have created a multi-product coin type vending machine by using Mitsubishi PLC. The Programming Logic Controller (PLC) used automatically to monitor and control with high speed, efficiency, and reliability. Switch ON the power supply. Put the coin in the coin acceptor, and then select the product by pressing push button. The motor starts rotating along with the spring and moves the selected item until it released from the spring. The Hall Effect sensor used to count the rotation with the help of the magnet to sense. When the product released from the spring the motor stop rotating and the released product is ready to dispense. The drawback of the project is the vending machine cannot detect fake coins and the consumer cannot refund the money if they slot a coin when there is no product in the machine. [1],[ 3],[5]

Abstract:Based on introducing the control principle of the jigger system,the analysis of control requirement for the system was achieved,and the control scheme was proposed.The construction of hardware platform based on programmable logic controller(PLC) was built.The control strategies about the velocity-tension transmission system and the temperature of dyeing liquor were presented.Furthermore,the development of the man-machine interface was considered.The experimental results show that the control system possesses the properties of proper design,highly integrated ability and stability.

Abstract:Due to the increasing labor cost, many companies tend to develop unmanned technologies. This paper creates a smart unmanned vending machine using networked programmable logic controllers (PLC) and chatbots. The developed unmanned vending machine consists of three components, including a self-checkout system, a smart warehousing system, and a monitoring system. The self-checkout system is built by the proximity switches on the shelves with calculating the total cost of the buying items. The warehousing system is mainly regulated by a networked PLC as a controller with a connection to the internet. The monitoring system is mainly presented by chatbots used on smartphones. This paper combines RFID, PLC, and chatbots to create a smart unmanned vending machine.

Abstract:This design combines PLC, sensors, configuration software to design and implement the hardware and software of traditional automatic fire alarm and fire-fighting systems, to improve the reliability of the system. First, the composition of the automatic fire alarm and fire protection system is described. Second, after fully understanding the design requirements of the system, the main control equipment of the automatic fire alarm and fire protection system adopts PLC, the PLC is selected, and finally the Siemens S7-300 PLC is selected. The sensor selects PT100 temperature sensor and JTY-GD-G3 scattered light type photoelectric smoke sensor; finally, use the TIA configuration monitoring software to write the automatic fire alarm and the host computer monitoring software and PLC program of the fire-fighting system to complete the software function and humancomputer interaction the design of the interface.

Abstract:Nowadays, Vending Machines are well known among Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. The quantity of machines in these countries is on the top worldwide. This is due to the modern lifestyles which require fast food processing with high quality. This paper describes the designing of multi select machine using Finite State Machine Model with Auto-Billing Features. Finite State Machine (FSM) modelling is the most crucial part in developing proposed model as this reduces the hardware. In this paper the process of four state (user Selection, Waiting for money insertion, product delivery and servicing) has been modelled using MEALY Machine Model. The proposed model is tested using Spartan 3 development board and its performance is compared with CMOS based machine.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the control system of tunnel automatic car washing machine and puts forward a control scheme of automatic car washing system based on PLC control. This design uses domestic Hexin PLC as the core for control and man-machine interaction through touch screen, so as to control and monitor the work of the system. Each switch button, infrared sensor, ultrasonic sensor and limit switch are input to PLC as output signal, and then PLC controls the operation of each working part. This PLC based control system is more reliable, and easy to implement, in the actual use of simple operation, and easy to maintain, and have a good market prospects.

Abstract:The vending machine is an automated device that dispenses a variety of products to customers when cash or a credit card is placed, including food, beverages, newspapers, tickets, and more. Contrary to traditional purchase methods, vending machines are more convenient and available. Today, the market for vending machines generates enormous annual revenues for developed countries like the United States, Japan, China, and some other Asian nations, including India. The goal of the paper is to create a vending machine that can dispense three different items at varying costs with the added functionality of "return change" when a coin of a higher denomination is input and "return money" when a request is cancelled. Coins of the values of five and ten are accepted by the machine. The design of vending machines uses the finite state machine (FSM) methodology. The design is accomplished by using behavioural modelling to create the Verilog code for the FSM-based machine and the Xilinx ISE tool to simulate the test-bench for three items.

Abstract:This paper proposes the design and construction of a didactic vending machine, students pretend to be immersed in a work with delivery date as many companies that work for projects do. The project of vending machine to be developed will have as parameters that dispatch four different products, with a control panel, a 16 x 2 LCD screen which shows the cost of the chosen product or product, will have to give change and its data processing is via Arduino, a 3D simulation is carried out to ensure the compatibility of all components, an innovation presented by the prototype to be developed is that it sends a text message when a product is about to run out, with the product description, the number of machine and its location, this provides the supplier with better control over their large-scale machines. A comprehensive financial investment analysis is performed to ensure the viability of the project.

Abstract:With the rapid development of social science and technology nowadays, the requirements for the design of automated logistics system are becoming higher and higher in the production line of all kinds of material transportation. According to the operation characteristics and control requirements of logistics production line, this paper designs the design and control scheme of automatic logistics system based on PLC. On this basis, the control system of the shuttle truck is designed, and the program solution under the automatic operation mode is given. Automated warehouse is a combination of automation technology and logistics and warehousing. The design of the interface connection with the roller conveyor of the robot and the stacker is completed, and the specific principle description of the system operation is given, aiming at improving the reliability and self-control precision of the device, thereby improving the working efficiency of the whole system. The practical application shows that the PLC control system is safe, reliable, stable and efficient.
