Abstract:With the continuous growth of urban population, the contradiction betweenthe lack of energy resources and environmental pollution has begun to restrict the development of ecological civilization, and more and more people begin to pay attention to energy and environment problems. Distributed energy is one of the important ways to solve this problem. According to the development trend of domestic and international for distributed energy, China has begun to pay much attention to the development of distributed energy resources.However, due to changes in demand from energy end users, external environment and other factors, the distributed energy system is often difficult to maintain in the best condition for a long time.Due to high investment cost and low operating efficiency problems, distributed energy systems are no longer suitable for large-scale applications in China. A new type of intelligent energy network system based on distributed energy system, which integrates many kinds of energy networks and information networks, is developed. The development of new distributed energy network system will break the current encounter difficulties of distributed energy development, with the help of the distributed energy network technology, it will constantly improve the system efficiency and economy of regional energy system. The technology of distributed energy network is complicated, which combines new energy technology, micro grid technology, Internet of things technology, cloud computing and big data technology. In the paper, the basic definition, general technical architecture and main characteristics of distributed energy network system is proposed, and each important part is expounded. the design method of four stages energy loop of distributed network nodes is introduced, and the cooperative control method of distributed energy network system is summed up. On this basis, we put forward “system efficiency theory” of distributed energy network system, and three scientific problems in the “system efficiency theory” is expounded. The first scientific problem is mechanism of the system structure ordering,which impact on the energy efficiency of the system, focus on the influence of topology in distributed energy network and stability of distributed energy network systems integrated with renewable energy and natural gas; the second scientific problem include energy quantity increment, energy quality increment and circulation principle of distributed energy network system, which focus on the active regulation and interaction between supply and demand of distributed energy network system; the final scientific problem is the principle of cooperative control in distributed energy network system, which based on integration of information and energy. Through the energy Eco-city in Hebei Province, design problem of four stages energy loop of distributed network nodes is solved, and validated in the practice. then in the Sino German Eco-Park which in Shandong province, energy network design problem of is solved. In these two demonstration projects, with the aid of the distributed energy network system, the technical indicators of these two projects have reached the leading domestic level. These projects full use of renewable energy and natural gas, solve the contradiction between energy and environment. As a demonstration project, the development of new distrabuted energy technology in China will be much helpful. Finally, the coupling between information and energy of distributed energy network system is a new kind of representative energy system in the world.It also lays a solid foundation for the development of energy internet.
