Abstract: We propose a definition of multiplier infinitesimal bialgebra and a definition of derivator Lie bialgebra. We give some examples of these structures and prove that every bibalanced multiplier infinitesimal bialgebra gives rise to a multiplier Lie bialgebra.

Abstract:The goal of this article is to generalize the theory of Hopf-Ore extensions on Hopf algebras to multiplier Hopf algebras. First the concept of a Hopf-Ore extension of a multiplier Hopf algebra is introduced. We give a necessary and sufficient condition for Ore extensions to become a multiplier Hopf algebra. Finally, *-structures are constructed on Hopf-Ore extensions, and certain isomorphisms between Hopf-Ore extensions are discussed.

Abstract:Let $A$ be a bi-Koszul algebra, we describe all possible $A_\infty$-algebra structures on the Ext-algebra $E(A)$, and prove that $E(A)$ must be $[m_2, m_3]$-finitely generated. An equivalent description for a connected graded algebra to be a bi-Koszul algebra is given in terms of $A_\infty$-language. The case that $E(A)$ is endowed with minimal number of multiplications is discussed for decomposition.

Abstract:We introduce the categories of infinitesimal Hopf modules and bimodules over an infinitesimal bialgebra. We show that they correspond to modules and bimodules over the infinitesimal version of the double. We show that there is a natural, but non-obvious way to construct a pre-Lie algebra from an arbitrary infinitesimal bialgebra and a dendriform algebra from a quasitriangular infinitesimal bialgebra. As consequences, we obtain a pre-Lie structure on the space of paths on an arbitrary quiver, and a striking dendriform structure on the space of endomorphisms of an arbitrary infinitesimal bialgebra, which combines the convolution and composition products. We extend the previous constructions to the categories of Hopf, pre-Lie and dendriform bimodules. We construct a brace algebra structure from an arbitrary infinitesimal bialgebra; this refines the pre-Lie algebra construction. In two appendices, we show that infinitesimal bialgebras are comonoid objects in a certain monoidal category and discuss a related construction for counital infinitesimal bialgebras.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study $\lambda$-infinitesimal BiHom-bialgebras (abbr. $ł$-infBH-bialgebra) and some related structures. They can be seen as an extension of $ł$-infinitesimal bialgebras considered by Ebrahimi-Fard, including Joni and Rota's infinitesimal bialgebras as well as Loday and Ronco's infinitesimal bialgebras, and including also infinitesimal BiHom-bialgebras introduced by Liu, Makhlouf, Menini, Panaite. In this paper, we provide various relevant constructions and new concepts. Two ways are provided for a unitary (resp. counitary) algebra (coalgebra) to be a $ł$-infBH-bialgebra and the notion of $ł$-infBH-Hopf module is introduced and discussed. It is proved, in connexion with nonhomogeneous (co)associative BiHom-Yang-Baxter equation, that every (left BiHom-)module (resp. comodule) over a (anti-)quasitriangular (resp. (anti-)coquasitriangular) $ł$-infBH-bialgebra carries a structure of $ł$-infBH-Hopf module. Moreover, two approaches to construct BiHom-pre-Lie (co)algebras from $ł$-infBH-bialgebras are presented.

Abstract:The aim of this paper is to investigate representation theory of infinitesimal (BiHom-)bialgebras of any weight $ł$ (abbr. $ł$-inf(BH)-bialgebras). Firstly, inspired by the well-known Majid-Radford's bosonization theory in Hopf algebra theory, we present a class of $ł$-inf(BH)-bialgebras, named $ł$-inf(BH)-biproduct bialgebras, consisting of an inf(BH)-product algebra structure and an inf(BH)-coproduct coalgebra structure, which induces a structure of a $ł$-inf(BH)-Hopf bimodule over a $ł$-inf(BH)-bialgebra. Secondly, we explore relationships among $ł$-inf(BH)-Hopf bimodules, $ł$-Rota-Baxter (BiHom-)bimodules, (BiHom-)dendriform bimodules and (BiHom-)pre-Lie bimodules. Finally, we provide two kinds of general Gelfand-Dorfman theorems related to BiHom-Novikov algebras.

Abstract:Given a pair of (real or complex) Lie algebroid structures on a vector bundle $A$ (over $M$) and its dual $A^*$, and a line bundle $\module$ such that $\module\otimes\module=(\wedge^{\TOP} A^*\otimes\wedge^{\TOP} T^*M)$, there exist two canonically defined differential operators $\bdees$ and $\bdel$ on $\sections{\wedge A\otimes\module}$. We prove that the pair $(A,A^*)$ constitutes a Lie bialgebroid if, and only if, the square of $\bdirac =\bdees+\bdel$ is the multiplication by a function on $M$. As a consequence, we obtain that the pair $(A,A^*)$ is a Lie bialgebroid if, and only if, $\bdirac$ is a Dirac generating operator as defined by Alekseev & Xu \cite{AlekseevXu}. Our approach is to establish a list of new identities relating the Lie algebroid structures on $A$ and $A^*$ (Theorem \ref{Thm:C}).

Abstract:We propose an infinitesimal counterpart to the notion of braided category. The corresponding infinitesimal braidings are natural transformations which are compatible with an underlying braided monoidal structure in the sense that they constitute a first-order deformation of the braiding. This extends previously considered infinitesimal symmetric or Cartier categories, where involutivity of the braiding and an additional commutativity of the infinitesimal braiding with the symmetry are required. The generalized pre-Cartier framework is then elaborated in detail for the categories of (co)quasitriangular bialgebra (co)modules and we characterize the resulting infinitesimal $\mathcal{R}$-matrices (resp. $\mathcal{R}$-forms) on the bialgebra. It is proven that the latter are Hochschild $2$-cocycles and that they satisfy an infinitesimal quantum Yang-Baxter equation, while they are Hochschild $2$-coboundaries under the Cartier (co)triangular assumption in the presence of an antipode. We provide explicit examples of infinitesimal braidings, particularly on quantum $2\times 2$-matrices, $\mathrm{GL}_q(2)$, Sweedler's Hopf algebra and via Drinfel'd twist deformation. As conceptual tools to produce examples of infinitesimal braidings we prove an infinitesimal version of the FRT construction and we provide a Tannaka-Krein reconstruction theorem for pre-Cartier coquasitriangular bialgebras. We comment on the deformation of infinitesimal braidings and construct a quasitriangular structure on formal power series of Sweedler's Hopf algebra.

Abstract:Derived $A_\infty$-algebras have a wealth of theoretical advantages over regular $A_\infty$-algebras. However, due to their bigraded nature, in practice they are often unwieldy to work with. We develop a framework involving brace algebras on operads which allows us to study derived $A_\infty$ algebras in a new conceptual context. One particular advantage is that this construction allows us to generalize the Lie algebra structure on the Hochschild complex of an $A_\infty$-algebra, obtaining new and rigorous versions of the Deligne conjecture.

Abstract:We show that the unbounded derived category of a Grothendieck category with enough projective objects is the base category of a derivator whose category of diagrams is the full 2-category of small categories. With this structure, we give a description of the localization functor associated to a specialization closed subset of the spectrum of a commutative noetherian ring. In addition, using the derivator of modules, we prove some basic theorems of group cohomology for complexes of representations over an arbitrary base ring.

Abstract:In this note, we consider a non-commutative analogy of the classical Fefferman multiplier problem for the ball. More precisely, if $\chi$ is the characteristic function of the unit interval $I=[0,1],$ we investigate a family of differential operators $\mathcal{R}$ on a graded Lie group $G,$ for which the multipliers $\chi(\mathcal{R})$ are bounded on $L^p(G),$ if and only if $p=2.$

Abstract:In this paper we prove an abstract homomorphism theorem for bilinear multipliers in the setting of locally compact Abelian (LCA) groups. We also provide some applications. In particular, we obtain a bilinear abstract version of K. de Leeuw's theorem for bilinear multipliers of strong and weak type. We also obtain necessary conditions on bilinear multipliers on non-compact LCA groups, yielding boundedness for the corresponding operators on products of rearrangement invariant spaces. Our investigations extend some existing results in Euclidean spaces to the framework of general LCA groups, and yield new boundedness results for bilinear multipliers in quasi Banach spaces.

Drinfel'd Double of Bialgebroids for String and M Theories: Dual Calculus Framework

Abstract:We extend the notion of Lie bialgebroids for more general bracket structures used in string and M theories. We formalize the notions of calculus and dual calculi on algebroids. We achieve this by reinterpreting the main results of the matched pairs of Leibniz algebroids. By examining a rather general set of fundamental algebroid axioms, we present the compatibility conditions between two calculi on vector bundles which are not dual in the usual sense. Given two algebroids equipped with calculi satisfying the compatibility conditions, we construct its double on their direct sum. This generalizes the Drinfel'd double of Lie bialgebroids. We discuss several examples from the literature including exceptional Courant brackets. Using Nambu-Poisson structures, we construct an explicit example, which is important both from physical and mathematical point of views. This example can be considered as the extension of triangular Lie bialgebroids in the realm of higher Courant algebroids, that automatically satisfy the compatibility conditions. We extend the Poisson generalized geometry by defining Nambu-Poisson exceptional generalized geometry and prove some preliminary results in this framework. We also comment on the global picture in the framework of formal rackoids and we slightly extend the notion for vector bundle valued metrics.

In particular, we consider infinitesimal Hom-bialgebras arising from quivers, the sub-classes of coboundary and quasi-triangular infinitesimal Hom-bialgebras, the associative Hom-Yang-Baxter equation, and homological perturbation of the comultiplications in infinitesimal Hom-bialgebras. The relationships between infinitesimal Hom-bialgebras, Hom-Lie bialgebras, and the classical Hom-Yang-Baxter equation are also studied.

Abstract:In this paper we give a complete classification of the Leibniz algebras of biderivations of right Leibniz algebras of dimension up to three over a field $\mathbb{F}$, with $\operatorname{char}(\mathbb{F})\neq 2$. We describe the main properties of such class of Leibniz algebras and we also compute the biderivations of the four-dimensional Dieudonné Leibniz algebra $\mathfrak{d}_1$. Eventually we give an algorithm for finding derivations and anti-derivations of a Leibniz algebra as pair of matrices with respect to a fixed basis.

Primitive elements in infinitesimal bialgebras

Abstract:For any set S, the free magmatic algebra spanned by card(S) binary products is the vector space spanned by the set of all planar rooted binary trees with the internal nodes colored by the elements of S, graded by the number of leaves of a tree. We show that it has a unique structure of coassociative coalgebra such that the coproduct satisfies the unital infinitesimal condition with each magmatic product, and prove an analog of Aguiar-Sottile formula in this context, describing the coproduct in terms of the Moebius basis for the Tamari order. The last result allows us to compute the subspace of primitive elements of any unital infinitesimal S-magmatic bialgebra. As an example, we construct a set of generators of the dual of Pilaud and Pons bialgebra of integer relations and compute an explicit basis of its subspace of primitive elements.

Abstract:In this paper, we introduce the concept of (weak) NL bialgebras. These structures consist of a Lie bialgebra $(\g,[\cdot,\cdot],\delta)$ equipped with a Nijenhuis structure on the Lie algebra $(\g,[\cdot,\cdot])$, satisfying specific compatibility conditions. This construction is analogous to Poisson-Nijenhuis structures studied in the context of integrable systems. We further investigate NL bialgebras that generate a compatible hierarchy of bialgebras, both on the original Lie algebra and its deformed versions, through the Nijenhuis structure of any order. Additionally, we demonstrate that the underlying algebraic structure of a particular case of the Euler-top system is a weak NL bialgebra.
