Abstract:In this paper, we introduce new definitions of L-fuzzy neighborhood systems, L-fuzzy interior operators and L-fuzzy closure operators. Three characterizations of the category L-FTOP of L-fuzzy topological spaces and their L-fuzzy continuous mappings are presented by means of the category L-FNS of L-fuzzy neighborhood spaces and their continuous mappings, the category L-FIS of L-fuzzy interior spaces and their L-fuzzy continuous mappings, and the category L-FCS of L-fuzzy closure spaces and their L-fuzzy continuous mappings.

Abstract:This paper further studies the fuzzy rough sets based on fuzzy coverings. We first present the notions of the lower and upper approximation operators based on fuzzy coverings and derive their basic properties. To facilitate the computation of fuzzy coverings for fuzzy covering rough sets, the concepts of fuzzy subcoverings, the reducible and intersectional elements, the union and intersection operations are provided and their properties are discussed in detail. Afterwards, we introduce the concepts of consistent functions and fuzzy covering mappings and provide a basic theoretical foundation for the communication between fuzzy covering information systems. In addition, the notion of homomorphisms is proposed to reveal the relationship between fuzzy covering information systems. We show how large-scale fuzzy covering information systems and dynamic fuzzy covering information systems can be converted into small-scale ones by means of homomorphisms. Finally, an illustrative example is employed to show that the attribute reduction can be simplified significantly by our proposed approach.

Abstract:There are many symmetries in L-fuzzy algebras. In this paper, a novel approach to the fuzzification of a field is introduced. We define a mapping F:LX→L from the family of all the L-fuzzy sets on a field X to L such that each L-fuzzy set is an L-fuzzy subfield to some extent. Some equivalent characterizations F(μ) are given by means of cut sets. It is proved that F is L-fuzzy convex structure on X, hence (X,F) forms an L-fuzzy convexity space. A homomorphism between fields is exactly an L-fuzzy convexity preserving mapping and an L-fuzzy convex-to-convex mapping. Finally, we discuss some operations of L-fuzzy subsets.

Abstract:In this paper, the notions of L-fuzzy convex subgroup and L-fuzzy convex subgroup degree are introduced and their characterizations are given. Abstract:In this paper, the notion of L-convex fuzzy sublattices is introduced and their characterizations are given. Furthermore, the notion of the degree to which an L-subset is an L-convex fuzzy sublattice is proposed and its some characterizations are given. Besides, the L-convex fuzzy sublattice degrees of the homomorphic image and pre-image of an L-subset are studied. Finally, we obtain an L-fuzzy convexity, which is induced by the L-convex fuzzy sublattice degrees, in the sense of Shi and Xiu.

Abstract:In recent years, there has been tremendous interest in developing lattice-valued rough set theory. In this framework, we primarily take into account the following two problems. Firstly, we include the well-known intuitionistic, interval-valued, neutrosophic and Pythagorean fuzzy rough sets into the framework of lattice-valued rough sets. Specifically, the four kinds of rough sets can be considered as special lattice-valued rough sets. Secondly, based on a completely distributive lattice L, we provide representations of the upper and lower L-fuzzy rough approximation operators by using four kinds of cut sets of an L-fuzzy set and an L-fuzzy relation, which generalizes the existing results in the case that L=[0,1]. In particular, we show that representations of intuitionistic and interval-valued fuzzy rough approximation operators provided by Zhou and Sun are special examples of our proposed representations.

Abstract:In this paper, it is shown that an L-fuzzy soft set on X with a set E of parameters can be regarded as an L-X-fuzzy set on E, and it can also be regarded as an L-E-fuzzy set on X. Moreover an L-E-fuzzy set on X can also be regarded as an L-fuzzy sets on E x X. In particular, a soft set on X with a set E of parameters actually can be regarded as a 2(E)-fuzzy set or a crisp subset of E x X. This shows that the concept of (fuzzy) soft set is redundant. Further it is shown that the notions of soft groups, soft rings and fuzzy soft semigroups are respectively special cases of the corresponding L-fuzzy groups, L-fuzzy rings and L-fuzzy semigroups. Therefore, theoretical workers should stop working in these restrictive and complicated programs, while applied workers should transfer the need or appropriateness of (fuzzy) soft set notions to lattice-valued fuzzy sets or fuzzy sets of type 2.

Abstract:In this paper, new definitions of L-fuzzy closure operator, L-fuzzy interior operator, L-fuzzy remote neighborhood system, L-fuzzy neighborhood system and L-fuzzy quasi-coincident neighborhood system are proposed. It is proved that the category of L-fuzzy closure spaces, the category of L-fuzzy interior spaces, the category of L-fuzzy remote neighborhood spaces, the category of L-fuzzy quasi-coincident neighborhood spaces, the category of L-fuzzy neighborhood spaces are all isomorphic to the category L-FCS of L-fuzzy closure system spaces.

Abstract:In this paper, characterizations of the degree to which a mapping tau : L-X -> M is an (L, M)-fuzzy topology are studied in detail. What is more, the degree to which an L-subset is an L-open set with respect to tau is introduced. Based on that, the degrees to which a mapping f : X -> Y is continuous, open, closed or a quotient mapping with respect to tau(X) and tau(Y) are defined, and their characterizations are given, respectively. Besides, the relationships among the continuity degrees, the openness degrees, the closedness degrees and the quotient degrees of mappings are discussed.

Abstract:In this paper, we introduce the degree to which a mapping C : L-X -> M is an (L, M)-fuzzy convexity. When (X, C-X) and (Y, C-Y) are (L, M)-fuzzy convex spaces to some extent, the degrees to which a mapping f : X -> Y is convexity-preserving or convex-to-convex are defined. Abstract:The aim of this paper is to study L-fuzzy uniformizable spaces. A new kind of topological fuzzy remote neighborhood system is defined and used for investigating the relationship between L-fuzzy co-topology and L-fuzzy (quasi-) uniformity. It is showed that this fuzzy remote neighborhood system is different from that in [23] when U is an L-fuzzy quasi-uniformity and they will be coincident when U is an L-fuzzy uniformity. It is also showed that each L-fuzzy co-topological space is L-fuzzy quasi- uniformizable.
