Abstract:This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier Policy on Article Withdrawal (http://www.elsevier.com/locate/withdrawalpolicy).This article has been retracted at the request of the authors and Editor-in-Chief.The authors have found that the presented results in the paper can’t be verified and reproduced as the proposed algorithm in this study is not rigorous enough for the following reasons:- The proposed algorithm is verified under only one experimental setting. Specifically, the effect of the value of p and q, which are the most important parameters, on the algorithm should be evaluated. However, in the manuscript, p and q were only set to 40 and 4 respectively. It may mislead the readers that 40 and 4 are the best setting of these two parameters.- The other settings of the verification experiment, such as measurement environment and numbers of the measurement locations, are not presented in details. It makes the result of the experiments not reproducible for the readers.Apologies to the readers that this was not noticed in an earlier stage.
