Study on Application of hysteroscopy combined with Laparoscopy in the Surgical Treatment of Gynecologic Common disease

Abstract:Objective: To compare therapeutic effects between hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy and laboratory. Methods:A total of 284 Patients, who were recruited to underwent gynecologic operation from April 2003 to November 2005, and divided into the study group (n=100) in which hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy operation was performed and the control group (n=184) in which common laparotomy was done. The operative items including: Transcervical resection of myoma (TCRM), Transcervical resection of endometrial polyps (TCRP), Transcervical resection of endometrium (TCRE), Transcervical resection of septum (TCRS), Transcervical resection of adhesion(TCRA) and Transcervical resection of IUD and remnat cyema embeded endometrium. The operative perform time, bleed, temperature etc. were measured.Results: There was a significant difference of efficiency between the study and the control group (P<0.05). As follows, the operative time, postoperative rectal carminative time, bleed time and hermagram recovery time were shorter in the study group compared with those in the controls.Conclusions: The use of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the Surgical Treatment of gynecologic common disease is a new, safe, effective way.
