Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Patients with Gallbladder Disease Combined with Hepatocirrhosis

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical characteristics of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in the patients with gallbladder disease combined with hepatocirrhosis(HC).Methods: 77 patients who underwent LC were analyzed and divided into two groups,36 patients were in the HC group and 41 patients were simple gallbladder stones combined without hepatocirrhosis as the normal control(NC).Results: In HC group,34 cases was successfully performed by LC,2 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy for difficult managed bleeding under laparoscopy,3 cases were occured complications.There were significant differences in operative duration,convertible rate,amount of bleeding and in-hospital duration after LC between the HC group and the NC group.There was no operative mortality and severe complications.Conclusions: LC for patients with gallbladder disease combined with hepatocirrhosis is much more difficult,but is safe and effective.The keys for a successful operation are to pay attention to the perioperative managements,and acquaint with the technique characteristics.
