Uncertainty Indicator Evaluation Methods for Strategy Implementation and Control

Abstract:The quantitative methodology for qualifying indicators,establishing index weights,and determining states in the strategy implementation process was analyzed to enhance scientific methodology of strategy implementation and control in strategic management theories in terms of the characteristics of normal strategic implementation processes,especially complicated processes with inherent fuzziness.The Bossel standard,Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process were used in the analyses,as well as the methods including the membership functions,Hamming distance,and grey white function.The methods for interpreting data,such as the membership vector,attribute measure,and clustering coefficient,can be successfully used in periodic evaluation in the strategic implementation process.The results show that strategic management theories are improved in some respects,thus providing economic and social development sectors with methods for dynamic adjustment and control in strategic implementation.
