Abstract:In this article, the generalized Hopficity and weakly co-Hopficity of modules over truncated polynomial and triangular matrix rings are considered. Also, it is obtained partially when the direct product R x S is a generalized Hopfian ring, where R and S are two rings.

Abstract:Let H be a Hopf algebra over a base field. If H has an ℕ-filtration such that the associated graded ring is connected graded noetherian and has enough normal elements, then H is Gorenstein. This gives a partial solution to a question of Brown and Brown-Goodearl. As a consequence, every quotient Hopf algebra of a generic quantized coordinate ring of a connected semisimple Lie group is Auslander-Gorenstein and Cohen-Macaulay. The last statement answers a question of Goodearl-Zhang.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the closeness of strongly (co)-hopfian properties under some constructions such as the ring of Morita context, direct products, triangular matrix, fraction ring etc. Also, we prove that if M(X) is strongly hopfian (resp. strongly co-hopfian) in R(X)-Mod, then M is strongly hopfian (resp. strongly co-hopfian) in R-Mod.

Abstract:The notion of weak Doi-Hopf π-datum and weak Doi-Hopf π-module are given as generalizations of an ordinary weak Doi-Hopf datum and weak Doi-Hopf module introduced in (Böhm, 2000), also as a generalization of a Doi-Hopf π-module introduced in (Wang, 2004). Then we also show that the functor forgetting action or coaction has an adjoint. Furthermore we explain how the notion of weak Doi-Hopf π-datum is related to weak smash product. This paper presents our preliminary results on weak Doi-Hopf group modules.

Abstract:The main aim of this paper is the Hopficity of module classes, the study of modules (rings) by properties of their endomorphisms is a classical research subject. In 1986, Hiremath \cite{Hi} introduced the concepts of Hopfian modules and rings, the notion of Hopfian modules are defined as a generalization of modules of finite length as the modules whose surjective endomorphisms are isomorphisms. Later, the dual concepts co-Hopfian modules and rings were given. Hopfian and co-Hopfian modules (rings) have been investigated by several authors. For example, Hiremath \cite{Hi}, Varadarajan \cite{Va}, \cite{Va1}, Xue \cite{Xu}, Haghany \cite{Hag}, Liu \cite{Li}, and Yang and Liu \cite{Yl}. In 2001, Haghany and Vedadi \cite{Ha}, and in 2002, Ghorbani and Haghany \cite{Gh}, respectively, introduced and investigated the weakly co-Hopfian and generalized Hopfian modules. These modules and several generalizations of them are extensively studied also by several authors.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to use Clifford monoids to define weak Hopf quivers and to construct the corresponding class of weak Hopf algebras, i.e., the semilattice of graded weak Hopf algebras which were found to be useful in obtaining a regular R-matrix of a quantum double without a quasi-triangular structure. We define weak Hopf quivers and classify the semilattice of graded weak Hopf algebra structures over path coalgebras using weak Hopf quivers. This gives, precisely, a generalization of the classification of the graded weak Hopf algebra structures over path coalgebras using such quivers.

Abstract:This paper, mainly gives a Fundamental Theorem of weak Doi-Hopf modules, which is not only generalizes the Fundamental Theorem of weak Hopf modules but also generalizes the Fundamental Theorem of relative Hopf modules. Moreover, it gives a sufficient and necessary condition for weak smash product algebras to be weak bialgebras, and a sufficient condition for weak smash product algebras to be semisimple weak Hopf algebras.

Abstract:This paper targets to generalize the notion of Hopfian groups in the commutative case by defining the so-called {\bf relatively Hopfian groups} and {\bf weakly Hopfian groups}, and establishing some their crucial properties and characterizations. Specifically, we prove that for a reduced Abelian $p$-group $G$ such that $p^{\omega}G$ is Hopfian (in particular, is finite), the notions of relative Hopficity and ordinary Hopficity do coincide. We also show that if $G$ is a reduced Abelian $p$-group such that $p^{\omega}G$ is bounded and $G/p^{\omega}G$ is Hopfian, then $G$ is relatively Hopfian. This allows us to construct a reduced relatively Hopfian Abelian $p$-group $G$ with $p^{\omega}G$ an infinite elementary group such that $G$ is {\bf not} Hopfian. In contrast, for reduced torsion-free groups, we establish that the relative and ordinary Hopficity are equivalent. Moreover, the mixed case is explored as well, showing that the structure of both relatively and weakly Hopfian groups can be quite complicated.

Abstract:In this paper, the major result is the structure theorem of a right Hopf module over a right Hopf algebra, which is a generalization of the structure theorem of a right Hopf module over a Hopf algebra. An example is given. As a preparation, homological properties are studied firstly on right Hopf modules over a bialgebra. Moreover, right Hopf algebras and their right Hopf modules are discussed through integrals. At last, for a right Hopf algebra H, a necessary and sufficient condition is given under which Hdegrees = H*(rat) becomes a right H-Hopf module such that Hdegrees congruent to (integral circle timesH) circle times (Hdegrees/Im alpha).

Abstract:In this article, we introduce a class of generalized matrix algebras, in which each algebra is called a normally upper triangular gm algebra, and characterise Gorenstein projective modules over this class of algebras. Moreover, a sufficient condition of strongly Gorenstein projective modules over normally upper triangular gm algebras is given. The importance of normally upper triangular gm algebras for us is that it includes the so-called path algebras of quivers over algebras and generalized path algebras. Due to this, we characterize Gorenstein projective modules and strongly Gorenstein projective modules over path algebras of quivers over algebras and generalized path algebras as applications of the main results on normally upper triangular gm algebras. At last, we give an example to show how all indecomposable Gorenstein projective modules over a given algebra are constructed by the result on generalized path algebras.

In this paper, we mainly generalize the fundamental theorem of Poisson Hopf modules to the case of weak Hopf algebras. Abstract:For a semisimple quasi-triangular Hopf algebra [Formula: see text] over a field [Formula: see text] of characteristic zero, and a strongly separable quantum commutative [Formula: see text]-module algebra [Formula: see text], we show that [Formula: see text] is a weak Hopf algebra, and it can be embedded into a weak Hopf algebra [Formula: see text]. With these structures, [Formula: see text] is the monoidal category introduced by Cohen and Westreich, and [Formula: see text] is tensor equivalent to [Formula: see text]. If [Formula: see text] is in the Müger center of [Formula: see text], then the embedding is a quasi-triangular weak Hopf algebra morphism. This explains the presence of a subgroup inclusion in the characterization of irreducible Yetter–Drinfeld modules for a finite group algebra.

Abstract:Let [Formula: see text] be a Hopf algebroid and [Formula: see text] a left [Formula: see text]-module algebra. In this paper, we mainly present the duality theorem for the smash product [Formula: see text], and making use of integral theory for Hopf algebroids, we investigate the stability of Gorenstein injective pre-envelopes and Gorenstein projective precovers between the category of [Formula: see text]-modules and the category of [Formula: see text]-modules. Moreover, we establish the relationship between Gorenstein global dimension of [Formula: see text] and that of [Formula: see text], and prove that [Formula: see text] has finite representation type, resp. is selfinjective, resp. is CM-finite [Formula: see text]-Gorenstein, if and only if [Formula: see text] has the same property under suitable conditions. As an application, we investigate the representation dimension of the lower triangular matrix Artin algebra [Formula: see text].

Abstract:In this article, the comodule structure of Chow rings of Flag manifolds $\operatorname{CH}(G/B)$ is described by Schubert cells. Its equivariant version gives rise to a Hopf structure of the equivariant cohomology of flag manifolds $H^*_B(G/B)$. We get two identities of generalized Schubert polynomials as explanations of the geometric facts.

Abstract:In this paper, we introduce the definition of groupoid graded rings. Group graded rings, (skew) groupoid rings, artinian semisimple rings, matrix rings and others can be regarded as special kinds of groupoid graded rings. Our main task is to classify strongly groupoid graded rings by cohomology of groupoids. Some classical results about group graded rings are generalized to groupoid graded rings. In particular, the Clifford Theorem for a strongly groupoid graded ring is given.

Abstract:We introduce a finite‐dimensional basic and split weak Hopf algebra H over an algebraically closed field k with strongly graded Jacobson radical r .We obtain some structures of a finite‐dimensional basic and split semilattice graded weak Hopf algebra ,and observe that there exists a finite Clifford monoid S which is isomorphic to the set of all the isomorphism classes of 1‐dimensional H‐modules such that H/r≌ kS* .We also introduce the notion of weak covering quiver whose path algebra admits a structure of semilattice graded weak Hopf algebra ,and classify the path algebra corresponding to the weak covering quiver .Furthermore ,we prove that ,for a finite‐dimensional basic semilattice graded weak Hopf algebra H over an algebraically closed field k with strongly graded radical ,there exists a weak covering quiver Γ such that kΓ/I≌ H ,where the ideal I is generated by the paths of length l≥2 .
