Abstract:City is a complex system. The public security plays a very important role in the urban development, with the urban aggregation and modernization. As the key component, infrastructure vitally contributes to the urban public security. Now, infrastructure seldom comprehensively deals with all the city and region, to ensure urban security and hazard resistant. From the public security's point of view, the paper points out the problems of infrastructure construction, as well as the content, the constitution, the tactics, the framework of urban infrastructure construction based on the urban security. Urban public security guarantee can preserve life and property, reduce economical loss, and mitigate city wreck.
