Abstract:Finite groups are investigated in terms of number of conjugate subgroups.Some characterizations of decomposable groups are obtained.Also the influence of the number of conjugate subgroups of prime power order on supersolubility of finite groups is investigated and a new condition is showed.

Abstract:Factorized finite groups are extensively investigated by many authors and many results are obtained. Our aim is to continue the investigation. With the help of a lemma improved and other methods, new criteria for a finite group to be 2-nilpotent, soluble or supersoluble are obtained. Some known results are generalized.

Abstract:In this paper,we prove that a finite group with exactly two conjugacy classes of non-nilpotent maximal subgroups is solvable.Furthermore,we give an equivalent characterization of a finite non-solvable group with exactly two classes of non-nilpotent maximal subgroups of the same order.

Abstract:A subgroup H of a finite group G is called an ℋ-subgroup of G if NG(H) ∩ Hg ≤ H for all g ∈ G. The set of all ℋ-subgroups of a finite group G is denoted by ℋ(G). Abstract:In this paper, we provide some conditions of (super)-solvability and nilpotency of a finite group $G$ based on its number of subgroups $Sub(G)$. Our results generalize the classification of finite groups with less than $20$ subgroups by Betz and Nash. We also provide an application of our results in studying comaximal subgroup graph of a group. Finally, we conclude with some open issues.

Abstract:Let G be a finite group, and n(G) be the set of the number of subgroups of possible order of G. We investigate the structure of G satisfying that n(G) = {1, m} for any positive integer m > 1. At first, we prove that the nilpotent length of G is less than 2. Secondly, we investigate nilpotent groups with m = p + 1 or p(2) p + 1 (p is a prime), and we get the classification of such kinds of groups. At last, we investigate non-nilpotent groups with m = p + 1 and get the classification of the groups under consideration.

Abstract:Let H and T be subgroups of a finite group G. We say that H is completely c-permutable with T in G if there exists an element x ∈ 〈H,T〉 such that HTx= TxH. In this paper, we use this concept to determine the supersolubility of a group G = AB, where A and B are supersoluble subgroups of G. Some criterions of supersolubility of such groups are obtained and some known results are generalized.
