Study on the system ergonomics and environment of digital workshop

Abstract:Based on the virtual site of a 3-D digital workshop, a solution scheme of a certain digital factory and the simulation result of the workshop product line, with the support of the ergonomic studies, this paper analyzed the factors that may influence the system ergonomics of the digital workshop from the perspective of work efficiency under human-machine environment. Human, machine and environment of a digital workshop and the interrelationship among them was studied from some aspects including simulation of workshop layout, ergonomics, workshop environment and culture as well as the efficiency of digital workshop. The paper also proposed some basic thoughts and references for workshop environment design based on the studies of workshop material flow and production rules.
