Development of radar virtual A/R display card based on PCI bus

Abstract:Radar monitor is used to display the position information and movement of the captured target. At present, domestic monopulse radar A/R monitor widely adopts analog monitor with the advantage of direct display. However, this kind of monitors has high fault rate, meanwhile, is very inconvenient to maintain. This paper introduces the principle and implementation procedure of a monopulse radar digital A/R monitor in detail. The development process of the device driver program for PCI bus data acquisition card is presented and the design scheme of the data processing module is also expatiated. Application indicates that the digital A/R monitor can completely replace the analog A/R monitor.
