Abstract:The implement of technological innovation is a complex process that is influences by many aspects such as the R&D level, the investment, the managerial ability, especially the development of organizational innovation. This paper reviews some theoretical research about the structure-oriented organizational innovation, summarizes the characters of technological innovation, and analyses classification of organizational innovation. The dimensions of structure oriented organizational innovation is composed of the level of formalization, the level of hierarchy, the level of communication, the level of decision-making and the level of horizontal integration. Research on the impact of structure-oriented organizational innovation on technological innovation from the five dimensions on the bases of the theoretic framework that is proposed on the foundation of innovation theory and organization theory.
