Abstract:This paper reviewed the literature of organizational and power structure of enterprises and its impact on the technological innovation,on the basis of which several proposition was advanced.And then,an integrated framework of the relationship between internal power structure and technology transfer/exploitation/innovation was constructed.We argued that the organizational structure of different forms affect the degree of centralization and decentralization of enterprise,thus affect technology transfer and technological innovation capacity.But the effect of organizational and power structure will be different between intra-and inter-organizational technology transfer.
