PREPARATION AND CORROSION RESISTANCE OF COMPLEX FILM COMPOSED OF SELF-ADJUSTING MOLECULE AND CORROSION INHIBITOR ON ALUMINUM SURFACE

Abstract:After assembling BTESPT of molecule's thickness on the surface, the Aluminum sheet was immerged in a solution with long line alkyl organic acid ester corrosion inhibitor. Then the sheet was taken out of the solution, then dried and cured in a condition to form compact hydrophobe complex film The corrosion resistant of the film was examined by using salt-spray test, polarization curves and AC impedance. The complex film had excellent corrosion resistant for aluminum and did not contain heavy metal and fluorin element.
