Abstract:The Session Initiation Protocol(SIP) was used in signal control of video surveillance system.The system's two modules: video server and video client were proposed.With ARM+DSP dual core structure,the video server can implement sampling,coding,compressing and network transferring task.Based on the windows,the client part can implement video data receiving,managing,storing and user interface.The implementation of SIP in signal control in system was described in detail.

Abstract:This paper introduces a Video on Demand system based on both CATV broadcasting channels and IP interactive network. CATV broadcasting channels are used for content transmission and IP network is used for control information transmission between Set Top Box and Headend Server. The control mechanism of whole system is designed and implemented according to DSM-CC protocol stacks. The paper narrates the end-to-end system diagram and VoD application software of Set Top Box. The system can be used in CATV network and provide VoD services for CATV subscribers.

Abstract:Closed circuit television monitor system is widely applied in living and working.But in some environments,closed circuit television monitor system can not be realized due to the limitation of the cost and landform.The development of wireless web products and the maturation of video compression standard provide a good solution for this condition.The paper introduces the basic realization theory of Video Compress(H.264) and the form of software system,dissertates RTP protocol and the protocol implementation in the system.On the foundation of these methods,the paper offers a sort of RTP protocol design of microwave video surveillance system,and obtains perfect effects.

Abstract:To resolve the problem of higher packet loss rate in network environment with limited network bandwidth,a novel solution for VOD sever is proposed based on RTSP/RTP protocol.The VOD server works in polling processing pattern to enhance the responding ability against concurrent requests from multiply clients.For the platform with limited network bandwidth and weaker processing capability of client devices,only I frame transmission is supported so as to reduce the requirement on the bandwidth and the capability of device processor.The architecture of VOD server and the methods of improving the server's performance developed in this paper contribute a lot in their reference value to the development of VOD server,especially of streaming media server in network with limited bandwidth.

Abstract:After surveying and forecasting the development of global and China security surveillance market,this project tries to develop a convenient remote video surveillance system,which can adapt with lower bandwidth,lower transmit delay and mostly Mac OS without rebuilding.To satisfy these characters,browser/server structure is adopted.The capture,sending,receiving and replay of video are completed by Java media framework(JMF),real-time transport protocol(RTP)and high ratio video compress arithmetic are used too. Clients can download and run surveillance Java applet without preinstalling the software.

Abstract:An architecture for real-time video transfer system named CRR is presented. In this architecture we design an application-level high-performance multicast protocol RTMTP, employing a logical timer and a smart packet-dropping method to offer guarantees of real-time video transmission. Second, we improve the management of flow control by adding a layered feedback-adjust mechanism, avoiding the traditional way in which centralized and inflexible methods are applied. Third, layered QoS and forwarding transparency are achieved through layered service control of repeaters. Finally, the implementation of CRR architecture is issued and the performance of a sample system based on it is tested.

Abstract:Due to the real-time characteristic,live streaming applications attract more and more attentions.Most existing live streaming applications provide streaming clients with the same data at the same time,which do not match with each user's requirement.In this paper,a novel software architecture is proposed which can be used to implement a time-shifting live streaming system.Besides,this paper also proposes a novel algorithm to calculate the play time for the time-shifting system.At last,a system based on the proposed architecture and algorithm has been developed and deployed successfully in Shanghai Daning IPTV(internet-protocol television) systems.

Abstract:Web DVR system based on a better scalability real-time streaming protocol in the market monitoring system is proposed which constrant by network bandwidth.First,the real-time streaming protocols’ format,characteristics and parameters are discussed,and the H.264 codec technology is described.Then,the open source project of Live555 is used to develop media services and implement the web DVR system,which contain real-time mode and playback mode.Finally,comparison with the performance of web DVR based on HTTP protocol,the results show that methodologist and strategies are feasible.

Abstract:Traditional MMS and RTSP VOD protocol can only support wmv and rm file format of their own,but they cannot supply effective screen video codec.Therefore,we design an effective CSMX screen video codec,at the same time,compress video and audio,produce a new multi-media course.To support VOD,we design and implement sjtums protocol of stream media of demand and VOD system.Its interaction primitive is simple,only one connection is created between each client and VOD server,primitive message is sent and received with synchronous method,and stream media data are sent and received with asynchronous method,multi-thread is used in the design of VOD server.In client end,we solve such problems: synchronization of 3 stream media,buffer of media file and optimized display of video.Via system simulation,actual test and use,this system can support large-scale client,its effect is stable and fluent.The implementation of sjtums protocol has important theory value to the research of stream media protocol.

Abstract:In this paper we present an event driven surveillance system.The purpose of this system is to enable thorough explorationof surveillance events. The system uses a clientserverweb architecture as this provides scalability for furtherdevelopment of the system infrastructure. The systemis designed to be accessed by surveillance operators whocan review and comment on events generated by our eventdetection processing modules. The presentation interfaceis based around a cross between Gmail and YouTube, aswe believe these interfaces to be intuitive for ordinary computeroperators. Our motivation is to fully utilize the eventsarchived in our database and to further refine the relevantevents. We do not just focus on event detection, but areworking towards the optimization of event detection. To thebest of our knowledge this system provides a novel approachto the technological surveillance paradigm.

Abstract:Streaming services on wireless network is being popular since the bandwidth and QoS on wireless network has been improved. However, the dynamic fluctuated bandwidth, higher error rate and sharp delay jitter on wireless channel cause trouble to the real-time demand of streaming services. The wireless streaming media system aims at mobile users must also consider the large scale number of the potential users and the fast growth in the future. To solve these problems, we propose a scalable wireless video streaming system adopting TCP transmission mode in this paper. Our proposed system is compatible with the RTSP/RTP-protocols. It adopts RTP-on-TCP transmission mode to improve the quality of service on wireless network. It takes a hybrid centralized-distributed architecture on the server side to support the growth of users. Streaming services such as VOD are supported by the system with a wide range of media bitrates and several high-performance compression standards such as H264 and AMR.

Abstract:The system adopts the platform of encode and control based on the S3C4510B and the video encoding chip GO7007SB from WIS Company.It achieves video encoding to MPEG-4 and transmission on the Internet.It also can receive and deal with the control signals from six UARTs.The remote PC receives the video signals for surveillance,and configures the size,frame rate and format of the video through real time controlling signals.Actual testing shows that the system has the advantages of consummate functions,stable performance and agile configuration.

Abstract:This paper describes how to design and complete an Audio and Video Real Time Broadcast System. Embedded devices based on Android OS are chosen as the recording terminal to get video and audio frames. The open source library Javacv is integrated for data processing, including encoding video into H.264 format and audio into AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) format, packing them into Flv (Flash Video) file and uploading the stream to Streaming Server with RTMP (Real Time Media Protocol) protocol through WiFi. Any equipment can get the contents through connecting the internet. This system has great significance for the promotion of embedded equipment and rapid information dissemination. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2012.

Abstract:Based on current development of video monitoring system,a network real-time video monitoring system based on embedded system was proposed.S3C2410 embedded platform is used as service kernel,the external part is included by IME6400 and its accessorial circuit,and embedded Linux system is running on the embedded platform.Linux device driver adopts Zero-Copy Technology which assure that at one time there is only a piece of Video Steam in the Physical Memory with no copy.This technique not only improves the efficiency of the usage of memory,but also saves the CPU resource of copying the video stream.RTP is adopted for real-time video transport,and the system supports embedded web technology and ActiveX,therefore,the user only need IE browser to monitor the system.This embedded video monitoring system is easy to establish.It is simple,efficient,reliable and stable,therefore,good market potentials are expected.

Abstract:The Integrated Remote Support Service System(IRSS) allows users to capture video and other multimedia information and deliver over wireless networks.By means of IRSS,experts can support people working on remote test field.In this paper,we present the architecture of IRSS,including transport mechanisms, security mechanisms,and multiple P2P service units.The multiple P2P service unit architecture meets the requirements of IRSS and allows IRSS to be scalable.We also describe an efficient video coding of software and transport control in IRSS.IRSS not only runs in the mode of real-time video but also in another mode of near real-time packed video.The latter operation mode ensures high-quality video delivery over narrow bandwidth wireless networks such as GPRS and CDMA.
