Abstract:In order to analyze the control strategy and performance of parts for diesel hybrid electric vehicle,a test platform was developed.Functions of hardware and software were presented.Modular method was used in the hardware design.PIC18F458 was used as main single chip in the acquisition board,which contains power module,communication module and signal acquisition module.The structure and methods of hardware design were presented in detail.The methods of software design based on Labview were presented.Infra drivers and monitoring program were introduced.Multithread,Labview and C++ mixed program were used in the program composition,which improves the real-time characteristic of communication.This test platform was applied in the bench test of diesel hybrid electric vehicle successfully.The results show that the platform operates well and the quality of communication is real-time and reliable.
