The Research and Development of the Surface Processing Technique for Cell-Based Biosensors

Abstract:Cell-based biosensor is a hotspot in research of biosensors recently, which takes living cell as sensitive unit and analyzes the functional information of analytes. Cell-based biosensor characterizes with high sensitivity, excellent selectivity and fast response. So it can be applied in many areas, such as biomedical, environmental detection and drugs discovery, etc. This paper reviews the development of surface processing technique of cell-based biosensor and our recent some research results. Besides, this paper also indicates the recent problems of this kind of biosensors and their future development trends.
