Abstract:According to the characteristics of WebGIS and spatial data,a distributed cache system is proposed in this paper.Some key problems needed to be resolved in the implementation of distributed cache system including cache spatial data selecting,distributed cache building,distributed cache management and cache consistency maintaining are discussed.Finally,the performance of this distributed cache system is analyzed with a case study.

Abstract:To meet the demand for real-time requirements of some WebGIS applications,according to the analyses of traditional WebGIS on its deficiency of adopting the work mode of request/response,this paper proposes to achieve the real-time push of geographic information data on server side of WebGIS system using HTTP protocol-based information push technology of open source framework BlazeDS,the active data push through server to clients provides a better real-time performance,and the use of Flex as the clients can better express the geographic information data.By analysing the principles and basic processes of push technology on BlazeDS server,the architecture of the WebGIS system is presented.Then the core design and the implementation of the WebGIS system are discussed,and finally an example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the system application.

Abstract:Storage area network (SAN) is a new network storage architecture. It meets the need of mass data storage and high-speed data transmission through the centralization storage management and employing fibre channel (FC) as the transmission protocol. It has better performance,reliability and expandability than traditional direct attached storage (DAS) mode and is becoming an important research aspect in data storage field. This paper introduces the features of SAN,then presents a practical SAN architecture. Its performance testing is carried out and some useful conclusions about transmission performance and optimization design in practical applications are put forward.

Abstract:Existing WebGIS system in the field of marine sharing information has many disadvantages at present.A management method of marine remote sensing images data based on SDE is presented.Then the WebGIS system in marine remote sensing field for distributed heterogeneous databases is implemented.System framework,work flow and a few key problems are discussed.Finally,an application case is given and it is proved that the WebGIS system of marine remote sensing this paper presented can support distributed heterogeneous databases,make full use of the resource of server,support operations of multiple users simultaneously,have high security and is independent of the client platform.

Abstract:The ability with distributed computing is a main characteristic for new WebGIS platform. An organizing strategy of distributed WebGIS (DWebGIS) based on environment of server group and its implementation are presented. Then the distributed architecture of DWebGIS and engine of map services for COM+ were analyzed in detail. A distributed solution and process methods about DWebGIS are discussed, in which network load balancing (NLB) of server group, hidden marks of no-status objects, just-in-time (JIT) activation and object pooling are the key technique. Also, process of image based map-entities-objects in Client/Server, three factors (The alone filename are created by SessionID?server systematic time and random number), cycle of system request/response are expatiated on. Lastly, the correctness and feasibility for design of WebGIS system platform based on COM+ technique are proved by an example in Zhejiang Provincial Digital Drainage Area Planning System. Our further RD work is in progress.

Abstract:This paper put forward an integrated management method of marine remote sensing data by integrating the technologies of WebGIS,spatial database and network communication.A real-time publication of marine remote sensing data was designed and realized which integrates the function of data browsing,data querying,data downloading,automatic batch uploading remote sensing data to database,automatic long-distance data distribution and so on.The network communication technology and the efficient and safe data transmission that is combination of the encryption and verification technology were discussed.The mechanism of double-effect database connection pool was also analyzed.The strategy was proposed that marine remote sensing data is visualized by integrating the technology of creating data files dynamically with the technology of visualization cache.Finally,the application results show the system can manage marine remote sensing data efficiently.

Abstract:The advantage of WebGIS is to publish geospatial data and applications via the Internet,in order to achieve spatial data sharing and interoperability.This paper introduced WebGIS into the area of web server log management.Conceptual framework,database design,and implementing framework of server log management system based on WebGIS were designed.As a case study,a log management system for information sharing platform,Suzhou industry park was implemented through WebGIS technology.The system can efficiently and easily achieve the spatial visualization of the network access data,network traffic monitoring online,and data statistics and analysis,which provides a scientific basis for decision making to operation and maintenance for the web server.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the supervision of special equipment security. The emergency solution of special equipment security system aims to integrate the emergency response department, such as police security, fire control, first aid, and traffic police and so on, to conduct the disaster rescue jointly under the command of the government departments. China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Center launched a GIS based system that manages the special equipment security. It designs the database, software and hardware structure, and functional module of the emergency solution of special equipment security based on WebGIS and GPS techniques. This paper analyzes three key issues of this system is explosion model, security patrol vehicles and special vehicles GPS positioning and special equipment monitoring. This system uses the information sharing technology based on Web Service. Transplanting GIS to Internet, designs special equipment spatial data WebGIS web site. B/S architecture is used in the system, and the software SuperMap IS Java of SuperMap Company is used as the GIS server for the spatial data publishing. This system also contains a PDA platform that provide for fieldwork.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the necessity of the application of WebGIS in CATV basic network. There was almost no research in using WebGIS to manage CATV basic network data in China. This paper briefly introduces how to construct an integrated transaction management system of CATV basic network based on WebGIS, and it forms a database of pivotal points, lines and buildings. CATV basic network based on WebGIS has very great superiority to traditional GIS, anybody can visit the system in anyplace by wired or wireless connection. Therefore it can satisfy the managers who want to query information about network, equipment and customers or response on. In this way the routine network and equipment maintenance becomes easily and fleetly. But WebGIS also has bottle-necks such as vector graphic editing. The editing of vector graphic and attribute play important roles in GIS, especially in CATV basic network management, because equipment, cable and fiber-optic change frequently. This paper develops Zhejiang Jiangshan broadcasting and TV station geographic information system on the basis of ArcIMS platform, and making use of the capability of reading and writing spatial data of ArcSDE to solve vector graphic editing problem.

Abstract:Current WebGIS platform developing techniques,such as CGI,Server API,Plug-ins,ActiveX, Java and so on,have their respective limitations. A new WebGIS system framework based on COM+ technology is presented. Technical foundation and system structure are discussed. Three key problems are put forward and resolved. Finally,an application example is given. It is proved that the solution can make full use of the resource of server, support operations by multiple users simultaneously have high system security and is independent of the platform of client.

Abstract:With the increasing demand for vast storage repositories, network storage has become important for mass data storage and processing, telescopic addressing and availability, and the quality of service and security of data storage. This situation demands the emergence of new technology in the data storage field. In this paper, TH-MSNS, a SAN system, is introduced. This system was designed and implemented based on the Fiber Channel Protocol and its I/O route was tested. This paper introduces some of the key techniques in the network storage system, including an SCSI simulating target, intelligent and uniform storage management architecture, and the processing flow of the read/write commands. The software for the new storage area network system was implemented as a module in the kernel mode to improve its efficiency. The SCSI target adopts a layered design and standardized interface, which is compatible with various types of SCSI devices and can use different network protocols. The storage management software adopts distributed architecture, which enables higher interoperability and compatibility with various kinds of management protocols. TH-MSNS boasts characteristics such as high adaptability, high efficiency, high scalability, and high compatibility and is easy to maintain.

Abstract:The object of this paper is to discuss testing and evaluation methods, which can be used for performance study of fiber based storage network system. To meet the increasing storage requirements, networking storage. new storage system architecture, has been put forward and has, been developed quickly. in which slot-age area network (SAN) is a key technology. We carry out our tests in two such kinds of structures. BY deploying different parameters settings we can simulate different practical conditions for optimal configuration and system maintenance. The results show SAN that can reaches 90MB/s of transfer bandwidth has advantages over tradition transmitting methods and by deploying different characters we can improve its performances.
