Abstract:This paper analysed Bradshaw's two conversation models: Inform and Offer. In these two models, the cooperation between Agents can not be carried out smoothly due to the lack of responsibility to the partners. Having improved the content and strength of the commitment, this paper presented a new commitment-based conversation model: COffer. It ensures the cooperation: two sides can take actions only after agreement from both to the task; each has to inform the other if it cancels the action. At the end, COffer was compared to other models.
