Abstract:Medical data is always complex and specific,it hence is critical to choose an appropriate database platform for the performance of Hospital Information System.This paper explores the status of Hospital Information System in China, and proposes a modified Inpatient Management System based on Post-Relational Database Cach.We analyze the system requirements and choose the Object-Oriented method to design database platform.Furthermore,we propose a direct mouse-drag interface method to resolve the issue of inpatient transfer operation.As a result of application of the Post-Relational Database Cach,the Inpatient Management System is proved to be more efficient.

Abstract:Because of the complexity of the hospital environment, there exist a lot of medical information systems from different vendors with incompatible structures. In order to establish an enterprise hospital information system, the integration among these heterogeneous systems must be considered. Complete integration should cover three aspects: data integration, function integration and workflow integration. However most of the previous design of architecture did not accomplish such a complete integration. This article offers an architecture design of the enterprise hospital information system based on the concept of digital neural network system in hospital. It covers all three aspects of integration, and eventually achieves the target of one virtual data center with Enterprise Viewer for users of different roles. The initial implementation of the architecture in the 5-year Digital Hospital Project in Huzhou Central hospital of Zhejiang Province is also described

Abstract:With the development of hospital information construction, medical information systems are becoming more and more diversified and complicated in hospitals. The traditional architecture in which a single application is supported by single or multiple servers will largely increase the number of servers, the total cost of ownership, and the difficulty of centralized management. By analyzing the core technology and service mode of cloud computing, this paper constructs a health information integration model based on cloud computing. On the basis of this model, we develop a health information integration platform in private cloud with electronic medical record (EMR) as the core. Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]

Abstract:The development of hospital business demands the integration of information systems. After studying the relative technologies for system connection,system integration and different modes of connecting system, we put forward a protocol to integrate the existing laboratory information system( LIS) and hospital information system(HIS). It introduces the multi-tier distributed technical methods for improving the client/server applications; it ascertains the units and transactions participating in workflow integration by referencing the IHE( Integrating the Healthcare Enterprises) Laboratory Technology Framework; it implements information exchange by Health Level 7(HL7) standards; and it can conserve previous investment and avoid some problems of security, maintenance and realtime process without the risk of massively updating system.

Abstract:The idea behind hospital information systems is to make all of a patient's medical reports, lab results, and images electronically available to clinicians, instantaneously, wherever they are, But the higgledy-piggledy evolution of most hospital computer systems makes it hard to integrate all these clinical records. Although several integration standards had been proposed to meet this challenge, none of them is fit for hospitals in China. This paper introduces our work of implementing a three-tiered architecture enterprise viewer in Huzhou Central Hospital to integrate all existing medical information systems using limited resource.

Abstract:According to intelligent management for hospital terminals,a intelligent management system for hospital terminals based on the internet of things is designed and a four layers of the system architecture which include information perception,data management,data transmission,application service is proposed.Information perception layer is responsible for percepting the running state of the equipment in real-time.Data management accept,store,and manage operation state information of self-service terminals.Data transmission layer send and receive information between the parts in the system.Application service layer is responsible for graphical monitoring the state of self-service terminals,and maintaining the equipment timely.The application showed that the system is well realized intelligent management for the integration of self-service terminals,hospital background management system,equipment supplier management system and the maintenance personnel handheld system,which has strong practicability.

Abstract:With the fast advancement of smart devices and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, certain established situations are opening up new avenues of exploration. Particularly in the sphere of healthcare, the diverse and big population, the complicated and professional data, and the stringent environmental requirements for certain medical scenes and equipment all impose exceptionally high standards on hospital administration. As a result, an effective and secure Internet of things system is critical. This article proposes an IoT system that might be used in hospitals for a variety of purposes. This system collects data by LoRa, Wi-Fi, and other ways, uploads it to a cloud platform for processing over a secure connection, and then feeds it back to users in real-time via the user interface. This system enables precise indoor localization through the use of UWB, ECG signal detection, environmental monitoring, and data on people flow.

Abstract:Existing Hospital Information System (HIS) is only shared within separated hospitals or districts, which resulted in high construction costs and waste of resources, especially for small township hospitals and other health care systems which are incapable to set up an independent information platform. We propose a solution to simplify this construction by using network module attached to existing systems that are connected within the hospitals. The proposal is based on the concepts of cloud computing so the information sharing and high-end processing is available in the “cloud”. Furthermore, existing medical equipments can be rebuilt to be more efficient and low-cost as medical terminal units.
