Abstract:The pteromalid genus Grahamisia is reported from China for the first time by a new species, Grahamisia dictyodroma, sp. nov. The type specimen is deposited in the Zoological Museum, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Abstract:Abstract Previously only one species of the genus Chrysosoma Guérin-Méneville was described from Tibet. Here four Chrysosoma species are added to the fauna of Tibet. The following three new species are described: Chrysosoma furcatum sp. nov., Chrysosoma nyingchiense sp. nov. and Chrysosoma spinosum sp. nov. Both a key to the species of the genus Chrysosoma from Tibet and a key to the species of the genus from China are presented respectively.

Abstract:A new species of the genus Cryptoxilos Viereck, 1911 is described from China. This is the first record of the genus from the East Palaearctic region. The new species is included in a key to the described species of the genus. The subgeneric name Cryptoxiloides Capek & Capecki, 1979 is used to accommodate the Palaearctic species in the genus Cryptoxilos Viereck.

Abstract:The genus Diolcogaster Ashmead, 1900 (Hymenopteran, Braconidae, Microgastrinae) from China is revised and keyed, with nine new species, namely D. bifurcifossa sp. n., D. brevivena sp. n., D. grammata sp. n., D. ineminens sp. n., D. laetimedia sp. n., D. pluriminitida sp. n., D. praritas sp. n., D. punctatiscutum sp. n. and D. translucida sp. n. described and illustrated, and one species, D. perniciosa (Wilkinson, 1929) recorded for the first time from China. A key to the Chinese species of this genus is provided.

Abstract:The genus Wiedemannia Zetterstedt is recorded from China for the first time. One species is described from South Tibet: Wiedemannia tibetensis sp. nov. This new species can be separated from the related species Wiedemannia glaucescens (Brunetti) by presence of the pterostigma, discal cell apically with a short appendage, surstylus nearly strip-like and hidden below dorsal portion of epandrium, and distiphallus not swollen without spines at middle. A key to the species of the genus Wiedemannia from the Oriental Region is presented.

Abstract:Four new species of the genus Rhogadopsis Brethes, 1913 (Hymenoptera, Braconidae, Opiinae) are reported from Shaanxi province (NW China). The new species (R. aciculifera sp. n., R. cracentata sp. n., R. longivena sp. n., and R. moniliata sp. n.) and two newly recorded species for Shaanxi and Ningxia provinces (R. mediocarinata (Fischer, 1963) and R. pratellae (Weng & Chen, 2005), respectively) are keyed and fully illustrated. Rhogadopsis mediocarinata (Fischer, 1963) is a new combination.

Abstract:Two new species from China, Hymenogaster pseudoniveus and H. zunhuaensis, are described and illustrated based on morphological and molecular evidence. Hymenogaster pseudoniveus is distinguished from other species of the genus based on the color of peridium, which is snow white to white when unexcavated but then turns yellowish to earth yellow, and the basidiospores, which are ornamented with nearly longitudinally arranged ridges up to 2 μm high. H. zunhuaensis is diagnosed by its dirty white to pale yellow peridium, yellow brown to brown gleba, and the smaller (Lm × Wm = 11.7 μm × 9.8 μm) broadly ellipsoidal to subglobose basidiospores (Q = 1.1–1.3). ITS/LSU-based phylogenetic analysis supports the erection of the two new species, each placed in distinct clades with strong statistical support, suggesting that they represent two distinct species novel to science. Based on the morphological and molecular evidence, we have published two new species of Hymenogaster. A key for Hymenogaster species from China is provided.

Abstract:Theocolax ingens, new species, is described from Beijing, China. It is close to T. phloeosini Yang, and can be separated from the latter by the following characters: forewing without a distinct macula; marginal vein 8.7 times as long as stigmal vein; propodeum with median carina distinct at base. Its host belongs to bark beetles, but no detailed information from the type specimens.
