Abstract:We deduce a Z-basis for the cluster algebra of type D 4. It extends the results obtained by Caldero and Keller, as well as Sherman and Zelevinsky. Moreover, we prove that coeficients of Laurent expansions in the generalized cluster variables for D 4 are positive integers. © 2012 AMSS CAS.

Abstract:The canonical bases of cluster algebras of finite types and rank 2 are given explicitly in \cite{CK2005} and \cite{SZ} respectively. In this paper, we will deduce $\mathbb{Z}$-bases for cluster algebras for affine types $\widetilde{A}_{n,n},\widetilde{D}$ and $\widetilde{E}$. Moreover, we give an inductive formula for computing the multiplication between two generalized cluster variables associated to objects in a tube.

Abstract:We construct four families of Artin-Schelter regular algebras of global dimension four. This is a complete list of Artin-Schelter regular algebras of global dimension four that are generated by two elements of degree 1 and whose Ext-algebra satisfies certain “generic” conditions. These algebras are also strongly noetherian, Auslander regular and Cohen-Macaulay. One of the main tools is Keller’s higher-multiplication theorem on A∞-Ext-algebras.

Abstract: Let $Q$ be the affine quiver of type $\widetilde{A}_{2n-1,1}$ and $\mathcal{A}_{q}(Q)$ be the quantum cluster algebra associated to the valued quiver $(Q,(2,2,\dots,2))$. We prove some cluster multiplication formulas, and deduce that the cluster variables associated with vertices of $Q$ satisfy a quantum analogue of the constant coefficient linear relations. We then construct two bar-invariant $\mathbb{Z}[q^{\pm\frac{1}{2}}]$-bases $\mathcal{B}$ and $\mathcal{S}$ of $\mathcal{A}_{q}(Q)$ consisting of positive elements, and prove that $\mathcal{B}$ is an atomic basis.

Abstract:The objective of the present paper is to prove cluster multiplication theorem in the quantum cluster algebra of type A2(2). As corollaries, we obtain bar-invariant Z[q±12]-bases established in [6], and naturally deduce the positivity of the elements in these bases. One bar-invariant basis as the triangular basis of this quantum cluster algebra is also explicitly described.

Analogs of the dual canonical bases for cluster algebras from Lie theory

Abstract:For almost all the known (quantum) cluster algebras from Lie theory, we construct the common triangular bases. These bases provide analogs of the dual canonical bases which have long been anticipated in cluster theory. Moreover, when the generalized Cartan matrices are symmetric, these cluster algebras and bases are quasi-categorified. We employ a unified approach based on the flexibility of cluster algebras, introducing and investigating various cluster operations for this purpose. We obtain fruitful byproducts. First, we prove A=U for these quantum cluster algebras. Furthermore, we discover rich structures of the locally compactified quantum cluster algebras arising from double Bott-Samelson cells: T-systems, standard bases, Kazhdan-Lusztig type algorithms, and, in type ADE, monoidal categorifications. The monoidal categories appearing are associated with positive braids and consist of modules of quantum affine algebras.

Abstract:We prove a multiplication theorem for quantum cluster algebras of acyclic quivers. The theorem generalizes the multiplication formula for quantum cluster variables in \cite{fanqin}. We apply the formula to construct some $\mathbb{ZP}$-bases in quantum cluster algebras of finite and affine types. Under the specialization $q$ and coefficients to $1$, these bases are the integral bases of cluster algebra of finite and affine types (see \cite{CK1} and \cite{DXX}).

Abstract:In this paper, we introduce the enough g-pairs property for principal coefficients cluster algebras, which can be understood as a strong version of the sign-coherence of the G-matrices. Then we prove that any skew-symmetrizable principal coefficients cluster algebra has the enough g-pairs property. As applications, we prove some long standing conjectures in cluster algebras, including a conjecture on denominator vectors and a conjecture on exchange graphs (see Conjectures 1, 2 below). In addition, we give a criterion to distinguish whether particular cluster variables belong to one common cluster for any skew-symmetrizable cluster algebra. As a corollary, we prove a conclusion which was conjectured by Fomin et al., cf. (Acta Math 201(1):83–146, 2008, Conjecture 5.5).

Abstract:Geiss, Leclerc and Schröer introduced a class of 1-Iwanaga-Gorenstein algebras $H$ associated to symmetrizable Cartan matrices with acyclic orientations, generalizing the path algebras of acyclic quivers. They also proved that indecomposable rigid $H$-modules of finite projective dimension are in bijection with non-initial cluster variables of the corresponding Fomin-Zelevinsky cluster algebra. In this article, we prove in all affine types that their conjectural Caldero-Chapoton type formula on these modules coincide with the Laurent expression of cluster variables. By taking generic Caldero-Chapoton functions on varieties of modules of finite projective dimension, we obtain bases for affine type cluster algebras with full-rank coefficients containing all cluster monomials.

Abstract:For a skew-symmetrizable cluster algebra ${\mathcal{A}}_{t_{0}}$ with principal coefficients at $t_{0}$, we prove that each seed $\unicode[STIX]{x1D6F4}_{t}$ of ${\mathcal{A}}_{t_{0}}$ is uniquely determined by its $C$-matrix, which was proposed by Fomin and Zelevinsky (Compos. Math. 143 (2007), 112–164) as a conjecture. Our proof is based on the fact that the positivity of cluster variables and sign coherence of $c$-vectors hold for ${\mathcal{A}}_{t_{0}}$, which was actually verified in Gross et al. (Canonical bases for cluster algebras, J. Amer. Math. Soc. 31(2) (2018), 497–608). Further discussion is provided in the sign-skew-symmetric case so as to obtain a weak version of the conjecture in this general case.

Symmetry Integrability and Geometry Methods and Applications

Abstract:We develop and prove the analogs of some results shown in [Berenstein A., Fomin S., Zelevinsky A., Duke Math. J. 126 (2005), 1-52] concerning lower and upper bounds of cluster algebras to the generalized cluster algebras of geometric type. We show that lower bounds coincide with upper bounds under the conditions of acyclicity and coprimality. Consequently, we obtain the standard monomial bases of these generalized cluster algebras. Moreover, in the appendix, we prove that an acyclic generalized cluster algebra is equal to the corresponding generalized upper cluster algebra without the assumption of the existence of coprimality.

Abstract:We mainly introduce an abstract pattern to study cluster algebras. Cluster algebras, generalized cluster algebras and Laurent phenomenon algebras are unified in the language of generalized Laurent phenomenon algebras (briefly, GLP algebras) from the perspective of Laurent phenomenon. In this general framework, we firstly prove that each positive and d-vector-positive GLP algebra has the proper Laurent monomial property and thus its cluster monomials are linearly independent. Skew-symmetric cluster algebras are verified to be d-vector-positive, which gives the affirmation of Conjecture [conjd] in [FZ3] in this case. And since the positivity of skew-symmetric cluster algebras is well-known, the new proof is obtained for the linearly independence of cluster monomials of skew-symmetric cluster algebras. For a class of GLP algebras which are pointed, g-vectors of cluster monomials are defined. We verify that for any positive GLP algebra pointed at $t_0$, the g-vectors ${\bf g}_{1;t}^{t_0},\cdots, {\bf g}_{n;t}^{t_0}$ form a $\mathbb Z$-basis of $\mathbb Z^n$, and different cluster monomials have different g-vectors. As a direct application, we verify that Conjecture [conjg] in [FZ3] holds for skew-symmetrizable cluster algebras and acyclic sign-skew-symmetric cluster algebras.
