Abstract:We construct quantized versions of generic bases in quantum cluster algebras of finite and affine types.Under the specialization of q and coefficients to 1,these bases are generic bases of finite and affine cluster algebras.

Abstract:Let Q be the affine quiver of type A˜2n−1,1 and Aq(Q) be the quantum cluster algebra associated to the valued quiver (Q,(2,2,…,2)). We prove some cluster multiplication formulas, and deduce that the cluster variables associated with vertices of Q satisfy a quantum analogue of the constant coefficient linear relations. We then construct two bar-invariant Z[q±12]-bases B and S of Aq(Q) consisting of positive elements, and prove that B is an atomic basis.

Abstract:We define a quantum analog of a class of generalized cluster algebras which can be viewed as a generalization of quantum cluster algebras defined in Berenstein and Zelevinsky (Adv. Math. 195 (2), 405–455 2005 ). In the case of rank two, we extend some structural results from the classical theory of generalized cluster algebras obtained in Chekhov and Shapiro (Int. Math. Res. Notices 10 , 2746–2772 2014 ) and Rupel ( 2013 ) to the quantum case.

Abstract:We prove a multiplication theorem for quantum cluster algebras of acyclic quivers. The theorem generalizes the multiplication formula for quantum cluster variables in \cite{fanqin}. We apply the formula to construct some $\mathbb{ZP}$-bases in quantum cluster algebras of finite and affine types. Under the specialization $q$ and coefficients to $1$, these bases are the integral bases of cluster algebra of finite and affine types (see \cite{CK1} and \cite{DXX}).

Abstract:The canonical bases of cluster algebras of finite types and rank 2 are given explicitly in \cite{CK2005} and \cite{SZ} respectively. In this paper, we will deduce $\mathbb{Z}$-bases for cluster algebras for affine types $\widetilde{A}_{n,n},\widetilde{D}$ and $\widetilde{E}$. Moreover, we give an inductive formula for computing the multiplication between two generalized cluster variables associated to objects in a tube.

Analogs of the dual canonical bases for cluster algebras from Lie theory

Abstract:For almost all the known (quantum) cluster algebras from Lie theory, we construct the common triangular bases. These bases provide analogs of the dual canonical bases which have long been anticipated in cluster theory. Moreover, when the generalized Cartan matrices are symmetric, these cluster algebras and bases are quasi-categorified. We employ a unified approach based on the flexibility of cluster algebras, introducing and investigating various cluster operations for this purpose. We obtain fruitful byproducts. First, we prove A=U for these quantum cluster algebras. Furthermore, we discover rich structures of the locally compactified quantum cluster algebras arising from double Bott-Samelson cells: T-systems, standard bases, Kazhdan-Lusztig type algorithms, and, in type ADE, monoidal categorifications. The monoidal categories appearing are associated with positive braids and consist of modules of quantum affine algebras.

Abstract:The notion of generalized quantum cluster algebras was introduced as a natural generalization of Berenstein and Zelevinsky's quantum cluster algebras as well as Chekhov and Shapiro's generalized cluster algebras. In this paper, we focus on a generalized quantum cluster algebra of Kronecker type which possesses infinitely many cluster variables. We obtain the cluster multiplication formulas for this algebra. As an application of these formulas, a positive bar-invariant basis is explicitly constructed. Both results generalize those known for the Kronecker cluster algebra and quantum cluster algebra.

Abstract:Geiss, Leclerc and Schröer introduced a class of 1-Iwanaga-Gorenstein algebras $H$ associated to symmetrizable Cartan matrices with acyclic orientations, generalizing the path algebras of acyclic quivers. They also proved that indecomposable rigid $H$-modules of finite projective dimension are in bijection with non-initial cluster variables of the corresponding Fomin-Zelevinsky cluster algebra. In this article, we prove in all affine types that their conjectural Caldero-Chapoton type formula on these modules coincide with the Laurent expression of cluster variables. By taking generic Caldero-Chapoton functions on varieties of modules of finite projective dimension, we obtain bases for affine type cluster algebras with full-rank coefficients containing all cluster monomials.

Abstract:Motivated by the phenomenon that compatible Poisson structures on a cluster algebra play a key role on its quantization (that is, quantum cluster algebra), we introduce the 2nd-stage quantization of a quantum cluster algebra, which means the correspondence between compatible Poisson structures of the quantum cluster algebra and its 2nd-stage quantized cluster algebras. Based on this observation, we find that a quantum cluster algebra possesses a mutually alternating quantum cluster algebra such that their 2nd-stage quantization can be essentially the same. As an example, we give the 2nd-stage quantized cluster algebra Ap,q(SL(2)) of FunC(SLq(2)) in 7.1 and show that it is a non-trivial 2nd-stage quantization, which may be realized as a parallel supplement to two parameters quantization of the general quantum group. As another example, we present a class of quantum cluster algebras with coefficients which possess a non-trivial 2nd-stage quantization. In particular we obtain a class of quantum cluster algebras from surfaces with coefficients which possess non-trivial 2nd-stage quantization. Finally, we prove that the compatible Poisson structure of a quantum cluster algebra without coefficients is always a locally standard Poisson structure. Based cluster algebras of infinite ranks

Abstract:We extend based cluster algebras from finite ranks to infinite ranks. By extending (quantum) cluster algebras associated with double Bott-Samelson cells, we recover infinite rank cluster algebras arising from representations of (shifted) quantum affine algebras. As the main application, we show that the fundamental variables of the cluster algebras associated with double Bott-Samelson cells could be computed via a braid group action when the Cartan matrix is of finite type. We also obtain the result A=U for the associated infinite rank (quantum) cluster algebras. Additionally, several conjectures regarding quantum virtual Grothendieck rings by Jang-Lee-Oh and Oh-Park follow as consequences. Finally, we show that the cluster algebras arising from representations of shifted quantum affine algebras have natural quantization.

Abstract:The objective of the present paper is to prove cluster multiplication theorem in the quantum cluster algebra of type A2(2). As corollaries, we obtain bar-invariant Z[q±12]-bases established in [6], and naturally deduce the positivity of the elements in these bases. One bar-invariant basis as the triangular basis of this quantum cluster algebra is also explicitly described.

Abstract:These notes are mainly based on <a class="link-https" data-arxiv-id="2003.13674" href="https://arxiv.org/abs/2003.13674">arXiv:2003.13674</a> and a series of talks given in the workshop CARTEA. For any symmetrizable Kac-Moody algebra $\mathfrak{g}$ and any Weyl group element $w$, the corresponding quantum unipotent subgroup $A_{q}[N_{-}(w)]$ possesses the dual canonical basis $\mathbf{B}^*$. We show that the dual canonical basis is the (common) triangular basis of the quantum cluster algebra. Consequently, we deduce that the basis contains all quantum cluster monomials, extending previous results by the author and Kang-Kashiwara-Kim-Oh.

Representations of shifted quantum affine algebras and cluster algebras I. The simply-laced case

Abstract:We introduce a family of cluster algebras of infinite rank associated with root systems of type $A$, $D$, $E$. We show that suitable completions of these cluster algebras are isomorphic to the Grothendieck rings of the categories $\mathcal{O}_\mathbb{Z}$ of the corresponding shifted quantum affine algebras. The cluster variables of a class of distinguished initial seeds are certain formal power series defined by E. Frenkel and the second author, which satisfy a system of functional relations called $QQ$-system. We conjecture that all cluster monomials are classes of simple objects of $\mathcal{O}_\mathbb{Z}$. In the final section, we show that these cluster algebras contain infinitely many cluster subalgebras isomorphic to the coordinate ring of the open double Bruhat cell of the corresponding simple simply-connected algebraic group. This explains the similarity between $QQ$-system relations and certain generalized minor identities discovered by Fomin and Zelevinsky.

Its one special kind is quantum cluster algebras with almost principal coefficients with an additional condition. Finally, we prove that the compatible Poisson structures of a quantum cluster algebra without coefficients is always a locally standard Poisson structure. Following this, it is shown that the second quantization of a quantum cluster algebra without coefficients is in fact trivial.
