Abstract:After a comprehensive analysis of three kinds of enterprise CIS models,the article summed up their common drawbacks, and established a new model of enterprise CIS,which induded on-line intelligence system,artificial intelligence system,defensive competitive intelligence system and enterprise culture,system construction as well. Then,the outher explained every part of the new model in detail and highlighted the role of human being’s intelligence in the process of CIS construction. It will be helpful for the construction and application of enterprise CIS.

Abstract:This thesis tries to integrate resource-based view (RBV) and SCP model to explain competitive advantage of clusters. Unique resource and capability lead to a competitive advantage. As a middle organization, clusters derive competitive advantages from their resource gift and resource integration capability. Clusters' scale and structure affect clusters' competitive advantage. Enterprises coopetition conduct and clusters' structure interacts, which affect clusters' competitive advantage dynamically.

On analyzing the relationships between interactive actors and corporate structural social capital, interactive behavior and corporate relational social capital, interactive air and corporate cognitive social capital and, interactive efficacy and the whole corporate social capital, the authors studied the distinctiveness of corporate social capital in China and proposed some suggestions accordingly.

Abstract:Based on the survey data of enterprises related to information industry in Xi'an High-tech Zone,a relational model and theoretical assumptions which contains the relationship between the enterprise external network,enterprise internal resources,and enterprise competitiveness is proposed.Varieties of statistical methods are applied to test the hypotheses.Results are as follows:(1) the external networks have a significant direct impact on the enterprise resources.Furthermore,there is a certain correlation between the external network and enterprise competitiveness.The direct impact of enterprise resources on the competitiveness is the most significant,and there is a strong correlation between resources and enterprise characteristics.(2) The external networks have an indirect impact on the enterprise competitiveness.The different dimensions of the network have different effects on the innovation ability and market profitability of enterprise.Also,the analysis confirms that the different dimensions of the network have an indirect impact on sales growth ratio and fixed assets growth ratio through enterprise internal resources.

Abstract:This paper advances a new frontier for the capital structure study which based on industrial organization theory from a point of disciplines crossing between corporate finance and industrial organization.It introduces principle-a- gency problem into the assumption of an existing model and makes the model more perfect and realistic.The model tells us that principle-agency problem has no significant relation with the liability level of corporations.Meanwhile,the prin- ciple-agency problem also cannot influence the existing posi- tive relation between market competitive strength and capital structure.In addition,we also have an empirical analysis on Chinese-listed companies (A-shares) hased on China Securi- ties Regulation Committee Industrial Classification Standard and elicit the same results as the theoretical model.

Abstract:This paper analyzes formation mechanism of the core competence of corporation, which is the direct acting factor for corporation performance. First, the interrelationship among intellectual capital, corporation capability and core competence of corporation is analyzed; then resource pool and capability pool are constructed and intellectual capital's factors' interactions with each other are also analyzed; finally, the mapping mechanism between intellectual capital pool and capability pool is proposed and the influence mechanism of intellectual capital on core competence is clear.

Abstract:Persistent competition predominance of enterprise is mainly embodied by enterprise core competence,and the(theory) of core competence is also becoming the focus of the study of scholars in and out of our country.So far,the study about core competence is mainly a study of qualitative theory analysis,and lacks in a systems analysis method which is exercisable.By the perspective of the natures of enterprise core competence,the paper tries to analyze core competence from market-technology-management.Market layer is the embodiment of core competence value,technology layer is the source of core competence value,and management layer is the embodiment of the conformity process of core competence.The (paper) focuses on constructing evaluation index system of enterprise core competence and multilayer fuzzy comprehensive(evaluation) model using quantity and half quantity methods and analyzing the main factors which affect core competence(exaltation,) and expects to help enterprise find out the breakthrough points to develop their core competence.

Abstract:Intellectual Capital(IC) and Core Competence(CC) arisen in the middle of the 20th century are considered the important sources of corporations gaining sustained competitive advantages.It consitutes an important part of management theory system.Although IC and CC are exchangeably used for the similiar implication in some researches,there are many differences between them in terms of origin,concept,meaning and characteristics,the process of establishing competitive advantages,etc.The comparative study indicates that the current competitive advantages of corporations are rooted in the core competence,which is transformed and abstracted from intellectual capital accumulated over a long time.It proposes the coupling model of IC and CC,and the value chain based on IC and CC.
