Abstract:In the production process of SJ4C feeding machine,SJ4C feeding machine in the production process,the moisture content of volatile export process can not meet the requirements of standard deviation,the phenomenon of frequent bubbling water-soaked smoke with great quality and potential risks.After analysis the adding water to the feeder system,the influx of hot air system and exhaust system of analysis,we found rows of wave systems is leading to a lack of moisture and volatile export reasons.Based on this,this paper designs one new rows of wave systems,To this end,the design of new rows of wave systems that discharge wave filter structure using rotating circular sieve screen to replace the original fixed drawer-style semi-circular screen,screen scraper automatic cleaning device using compressed air pipe cleaning and blowing a combination of clear,automatic cleaning program designed to solve the row wave system mesh network is easy to paste the problem,improved export fluctuations in moisture content decreased to eliminate the water-soaked appearance of smoke,can reduce 10 kg a day substandard goods,120,000 annual savings dollars.
