Abstract:Previous experiments were usually confirmatory and laboratory-based,in which students follow textbooks to conduct experiments.Therefore,students usually lack independent learning and do not pursue the cause and effect.Comprehensive and designative experiments,on the other hand,will help students participate actively in class,making them acquire knowledge actively and effectively,thereby improving the experimental teaching quality,and encreasing students' innovative thinking and comprehensive analysis ability.

Abstract:In the paper, based on the course characteristics of Basic Chemistry Experiment, the importance of Comprehensive Quality-building in Basic Chemistry Experiment Teaching was first expounded, and it was pointed out that great attention should be paid to improving students'non- intelligence ability as well as students'knowledge and technical skills in chemical experiment teaching. And it was emphatically stated how the teacher guides students to improve their comprehensive quality during experiment teaching. At the same time, four diathesises were proposed which can effectively improve the Comprehensive Quality of students in the teaching of Basic Chemistry Experiment: ideological and moral character, Humanities quality, Professional quality, Psychological quality. And the above four aspects were further analyzed and described detailedly with specific examples.

Abstract:: This paper introduces the recent practice of teaching experimental design in physical chemistry laboratory in the Chemical Experimental Teaching Center of Nanjing University. The design of experiment is organized in four parts: selecting main instruments, submitting a preliminary proposal, making a presentation of the detailed project, and carrying out the designed experiment. The teaching practice proves that it is an effective route to cultivate the comprehensive quality and the independent innovation ability of students.

Abstract:Construction of experiment teaching and curriculum systems is always the key item for a demonstration center of chemical experiment teaching.Focusing on the concept of talent cultivation and the construction target of a demonstration center,a brand new system for chemical experiment teaching and curriculum has been established on the basis of 5-year practice and reform on experiment teaching.Such a new system is appropriate for the general enrollment and training for the freshmen.It is suitable for the academic credit administration system as well as other variety of needs.In this system,chemical experiment course for the freshmen is designed at a wide level of chemistry.A course selection platform has also been constructed assimilating chemical experiment courses with various aspects in the fields of science,engineering,agriculture and medicine.Standardization and innovation are equally emphasized in the basic experiment teaching,while exploration and research are highlighted in the comprehensive experiment teaching.Efforts have been made to improve the students' sense of innovation and their ability to practice.It is help for training talents with wide knowledge,solid foundation,strong capability and high quality.

Abstract:With the sustainable development of Chinese educational cause , the advanced chemical biology equipment is introduced into almost all the colleges and universities , so that the students can get enough intuitive feelings and acquire knowledge more accurately .At the same time ,the teaching efficiency could be improved greatly through this way .
