Abstract:By using Streaming media technology,multi-media can be continuous transport in network.In this paper,how to implement MPEG-4 coding is discussed by software package of MPEG4IP.Real-time Transport Protocol(RTP)and Real Time Streaming Protocol(RTSP)are protocols to be use transport digital multi-media streaming.At last,a video monitoring system based on Browser/Server is designed and realized.In existing network,the user can directly watch long-distance image.
