Abstract:Public opinion in internet is a result of the interactions of many social factors.The paper analyses four topics related to online public opinion.First,online public opinion does not equal to the public opinion of the whole society, but it is no doubt a very important parameter showing the situation of the society.Secondly,there is not any excuse to prohibit the free online opinion expressing,though Internet may play some role to stimulate the violence.Thirdly, online public opinion should help enhance the justice of judicature.Fourthly,there is the dilemma of Chinese traditional culture in internet.
