Abstract:This paper describes the application and its characteristics of modern technology in the information management of hospital volunteers.The article discusses the various components in the hospital volunteer management system based on fingerprint recognition technology.The establishment of the information management system not only fully mobilizes a sense of participation and initiative of the volunteers,but also achieves the scientific,professional and efficient volunteer management,effectively supporting the overall improvement of the quality of volunteer management and volunteer services.
