Abstract:As the important component of the national innovation system,the key laboratories are the significant organizations where universities do high-level basic research and basic application research.Focusing on the existing management problems in the key laboratories of colleges and universities,it introduces the team management mode.From the view of connotation and characteristics of the virtual team,it discusses the construction approach and management strategy of the key laboratories,which aims to improving the competitiveness of key laboratories and promoting the healthy and continuous development of the key laboratories.
