The Community Welfare under Welfare-Multiplex Perspective

Abstract:With the reform of the economic system,″ unit person″ changes to ″ community person″ and the community welfare becomes the universal needs of social members. However, there are many problems such as administralization, non-specialization in China's contemporary community welfare. The lack of mature, vigorous social group, seriously affects the welfare reachability and attainability of community residents. Under the welfare-multiplex perspective, the author focuses on the role changing of government and the collaboration between the government and the voluntary organization, social group, by introducing the non-profit organization into the social welfare realm.
