Determination of Four Flavonoids in Different Parts of Scutellaria yunnanensis var. salicifolia by RT-HPLC

Abstract:Analysis was performed on a KINETEX-C18 column(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.6 μm) with methanol and H2O—H3PO4—THF(Volume ratio is 80∶10∶0.2) as the mobile phases in a gradient elution,the column temperature was set as 30 ℃ and a flow rate was 0.7 mL/min with a detection wavelength of 275 nm.The aim was to establish the determination method of Baicalein,Wogonoside,Daicalein and Wogonin in the root,stem and leaf of Scutellaria yunnanensis var.salicifolia by RT-HPLC.The result showed that the mass concentrations of the four active ingredients was bigger in root than in stem and leaf,was bigger in stem than in leaf.The wogonoside has the biggest concentration.It is concluded that the method was simple,accurate and can be used to evaluate medicinal value of S.yunnanensis var.salicifolia.
