Abstract:Since the birth of the social security system,the fair principle has been the first principle it follows.Fairness and the social security system have their internal identity.For 60 years since the founding of New China,the Chinese social security has experienced the evolutions from equalitarianism,efficiency first to the fair principle.The change of idea directly affects the choice of the way to Chinese social security and makes the social security system experience the returning from extreme to reason under the fair principle.While we are meeting the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China,no doubt,it has the important theoretic and real meaning to seriously rethink the questions that exist in our country's social security system under the fair principle;sum up the experiences and lessons and make clear the reforming direction afterward.
