Abstract:Value creating comes from the coupling of financial capital and unfinancial factors.The research of coupled mechanmism is converted to the research of framework on Multi-capital network.The formation、evolvement and governance of Multi-capital network and their connection of value creating are pivotal themes of our papaer.Our analysis find that Multi-capital network is configurable imbedded in network of enterprise and value network,Multi-capital network's evolutive method is Multi-capital structure and capital interconvertibility,Multi-capital structure has effect on value creating of enterprise,and capital interconvertibility realizes value creating of enterprise.There is the amalgamation on network governance and corporate governance in Multi-capital network.,and our paper also construct a theory on enterprise's control deploying.
