Abstract:To study the anti-fatigue effect of functional drink contained different effectiveness,the KM male mice were randomly divided into groups according to their body weigh.The mice were administered respectively with water and different functional drink within different dosage.After 30 d,the increase of mice weight and the forced swimming test were determined.All of the functional drink prolonged the swimming time of mice and improved their' survival rate.All of the functional drink had an anti-fatigue effect,which contain amino acid and guarana functional drink was the best.
