Abstract:The KM male mice were randomly divided into three groups according to their body weigh a solvent control group,guarana extract,ginseng extract.The mice were administered respectively wit water and 20 mL/(kg bw) guarana extract and ginseng extract.After 35 d,the forced swimming test,bloo lactic acid,serum urea nitrogen(BUN) and hepatic glycogen content were determined.Result showed tha guarana and ginseng could accelerate lactic acid clearance after mice swimming(p<0.01).And guarana als could obviously increased hepatic glycogen storage(p<0.05).
